I had an excellent experience at Tic Toc Repair Watch Shop. Mike replaced the sapphire crystal on my Submariner after I noticed a small crack, and the result was flawless. The watch looks brand new, and you can't even tell it was ever damaged. His workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. It's clear he takes pride in his work and knows luxury watches inside and out. I highly recommend Mike to anyone needing watch repairs or restoration. I'll definitely be coming back for any future watch service!

The rotor axle on my Oyster Perpetual was broken, and they quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it properly. I'm genuinely impressed. The communication was clear, the turnaround was fast, and the work itself was excellent. My watch came back running beautifully and felt cared for, not just repaired. You can tell they actually respect the craft and pay attention to detail. It's hard to find places you can trust with watches that matter to you, and this definitely feels like one of them. Highly recommended if you want honest service and quality work.

I brought in a Rolex Batgirl that I received as a special gift from my family over the holidays, which they purchased pre-owned from a reputable jeweler in Las Vegas. I was driving nearby and noticed this watch repair location, so I stopped in to have a simple adjustment done. I asked if he could remove one or two links from the bracelet, as I wasn't sure exactly how many needed to come out. Within about 20 seconds of handling the watch, he began acting suspicious and claimed the watch was a replica, without opening the case back or performing any actual authentication. He then attempted to sell me a $50 "authentication" service, which felt inappropriate given that he had already instantly declared the watch fake. The interaction became even more uncomfortable when he repeatedly emphasized that this is an "$18,000 watch" and questioned whether I or my family could even afford a luxury timepiece. I found those comments extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. In 34 years I have never had anyone in a service setting comment on my finances or speculate about what I or my family can afford. That kind of judgment has no place in what should have been a straightforward watch repair visit. I simply wanted a link or two removed. I did not ask for commentary on the watch's authenticity or value, I was there solely to have the bracelet sized. I understand if I asked for his professional opinion, or if he wanted to kindly tell me it was off somehow. At that point, I was already there and didn't feel like driving around in the rain since I plan on wearing it out tonight, so I paid $25 for the resizing (which felt overpriced compared to other places I had called) which I would have had absolutely zero issue paying for the service if the interaction had been respectful versus regretting bringing it in, in the first place. This all happened within the last hour, and I left feeling unsettled and second-guessing myself after the interaction. I even called my mom on the drive home, worried she may have been scammed when purchasing the watch on the grey market. She sent me the invoice and a screenshot of the bank statement reflecting a $17,200 purchase. Regardless, authenticity was never the purpose of my visit, professionalism and basic customer service were. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark. I would have expected either a quiet adjustment or a polite decline, not unsolicited judgments or commentary. -- EDIT: In response to the business owner's ChatGPT reply: I would strongly advise clients with high value timepieces (especially Rolex owners) to think twice before bringing their watch here for service. This had nothing to do with helpful context or some type of consumer protection. Within less than a minute of glancing at my watch, without even opening the caseback, he declared it a replica while the conversation quickly shifted to its high price point and whether my family could afford or would spend that kind of money on a gift for me. Those comments were unnecessary and came across as judgmental. After proclaiming it fake, he then offered a $50 authentication service. If he was solely trying to help me, he'd point these "inconsistencies" out to guide me versus up-charge me. The concern appeared to stem from protective plastic on the case from the jeweler it was purchased from (so it wouldn't get scratched or dinged on the display case) which does not indicate a counterfeit. I came in for a single link removal, was charged more than double what other shops quoted, and left feeling sized up rather than helped. I later took the watch to a specialist in luxury timepieces based in downtown LA (not where it was purchased from in Vegas) where it was fully inspected and confirmed authentic. The whole point was not about this, it was really about how a new client was treated and spoken to all over a link removal. I never had an experience like this with any type of watch or jewelry business in 34 years, if that says anything to potential clients of this company (which is a small booth inside of a flower store).

Help me resize my watch i got as a gift from my brother within 15 min, very approachable and kind. thanks bro, if i need watch help in the future ill be sure to return.

Thank you so much Sarkis for a great service, and for fixing my Vintage Rado watch from my dad. I highly recommend this place. Quick tip, his shop is inside a flower shop :)

Ask the Community - Tic Toc Watch Repair

Can yo do custom watch endaving? Or, can you add a monogram on the dial of Seiko watches?

Not on the dial, i would recommend you contact a dial refinishing company. I can get an engraving on the caseback done.

    Do you re-lume watches?

    Yes

Amongst all the "glowing reviews" here is mine - but wait they aren't all glowing - if you go to…read more"not recommended reviews" there are plenty of 1 star reviews - not really fair is it to only have 5 stars showing when clearly people aren't all having the same experience. First of all - I had a bad vibe from the second I walked in - or tried to come in for 2 minutes. I was stuck in the door with a stroller with my toddler in it. The door was extremely heavy and I was attempting to push her through and she got stuck and I kept pushing and it wasn't working. Three grown adults - 2 women and the owner - a man - sat there and watched me struggle and not a single one of them said wow let me help you. I should have taken that as my cue and honestly left. Anyway - aside they can clearly care less for mothers - the owner completely low balled me on my Cartier watch. Yes that's right a Cartier watch for $200. I can get a Michael Kors for less than that. How silly. I was so upset over the door situation and just driving to DTLA with a toddler in general - and he knew that I'm assuming - so he took advantage - and I let him rob me. I did show him online they sell for a lot more than that - and he said well yeah - and still gave me $200...so a Cartier watch is same level as a crappy Michael Kors? Ok! Last but not least - when a man came in to "buy" a Rolex they were all over him like white on rice - having me wait while they bend over backwards. The guy didn't even buy the watch from what I saw - and honestly I can care less. If you are a mother or you aren't buying or selling a Rolex I would stay away. I've never felt so discriminated against quite honestly. I will say, the owner did finally offer to help me with the door as I was leaving - but honestly the damage was already done. I wish I kept my watch and sold it myself online instead of getting swindled.

I did not want to accept the gift but he insisted. A few months later after the transaction closed I purchased a necklace from him and hoped to continue doing business with his jewelry store. About 5 -6 months ago one of the earring's clasp broke. I contacted him. He said no problem, he would fix it for me. I dropped the earrings off to him. When I followed up with him he at first told me the earring was being repaired, and then as time went on he said that it could not be repaired and he would have to send it back somewhere. This went on for months and he kept telling me it was in customs. Then the truth came out and he began to ignore me. He did not want to return the earrings to me. He said that I could afford to buy them from him, and I did not deserve the gift. I have all his texts which prove that he never planned to repair or return the earrings to me. He even threatened to write a bad review about me as a real estate agent.
