So, if you are an electrician for this company make sure you invoice for about $500/hr! And their HVAC guys, I think its awesome your boss pays you $500/hr. But clients beware, there is a lot of gouging going on. Usually its $150/hr for the technical. And call the suppliers, you'll see the cost of the HVAC equipment is much less than you are being quoted! And other than duct work, its an easy day or two for an install. So do the math, and don't let our community be the place where we pay $ 500/hr for electricians.

The installation crew did an excellent job and were personable to deal with. The new outside AC condenser initially had a glitch to workout as it seemed loud at shut off. They sent a technician out to help resolve it promptly. It has been working flawlessly ever since. I came away with a very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I then worked with the estimator on a new system, but it was higher than another esimtate. So I replaced the HVAC using another company. So then I asked them to cancel the maintenance plan on the phone, they requested an email requesting the cancel in writing which I did. One month later they charged me again for the plan. I'm working with the credit card company now to dispute it, since I told them over the phone and also in an email to cancel the plan. Note I also had one issue with the estimator showing up several hours late because of another appointment they were tied up on and the office didn't call me to update me. I had to call them to find out. I don't blame the estimator, but the office should have called and updated me. There office seems disorganized, since they didn't cancel the plan and also didn't notify me about the estimator being late on one appointment. I probably won't use them again. As to the response below, Mike H isn't my full last name, its my last initial. Anyway, I sent an email to dispatch@callthebee.com, which is what your office staff told me to do on June 1st when I requested cancellation. In addition, why do you require it in writing? It was the second time James has come to my home. Both times, I found him dismissive and condescending. He even insinuated at yesterday's service call (which was a call-back becuase the job was not done right the first time) that the faucet became loose again because me or my HS daughter were too 'rough' in daily use of the faucet -- rather than the fact that it was not properly fixed the first time, as I suspected from the beginning.

I used them because they are in the COSTCO program so you get a huge gift card after install and city permit signs off. We are Costco executive members With the Costco program you get the top of line Lennox equipment and since we have 2 complete systems at the house this is what replaced. 2 new systems. They also upgraded the ductwork to make it run properly. We added a garage attic fan as well. We also upgraded to the WiFi thermostats you can control with the Residio app on your phone and we love them. Once it's finished an outside company comes to test system and report on airflow. The city inspector needs to see this report. When he comes so show him. Don't use the call center number. Use the local phone number I'm providing in attached photo. Paso heating was bought out by Wightens and I do not recommend that company so don't get moved over if they say they are busy. Stick with this one, it's totally worth the wait. We love our new systems and the staff at every step were great !! Highly recommend PRH&A

I called last year to try to schedule service and some kind of hokey AI "thing" answered. What a farce of a so-called conversation that was. I hung up and called a local company. This year I decided to try PR Heat & Air one more time.. The phone was never answered. I tried twice. Wow, what a horrible way to treat customers. I am doing business locally with companies my neighbors recommend.
