The…read moremost recent issue occurred after they moved the tank, softener and iron filter so we could install new flooring. A valve was leaking so we notified them. Two men came out and replaced the part with another used part that leaked even worse! We spent the Christmas holiday hauling buckets of water to dump down the shower drain before they finally fixed it right. Now we're waiting for the equipment to be moved back in place and although I called Friday, they won't be out until Thursday. Almost a week later, for an easy setvice, and we live only 3 miles away. I should give them credit for finding new and exciting ways to show that the customer comes last. And yes, we are looking for a new provider.
