Jail is cold, the list of bail bonds companies is long, and half of them don't answer the phone, treat you like a paycheck, or just ignore you all together. Anco was different. I was literally told to call them by another inmate who had used them before (repeat customer I guess, lol). When I called Sarah actually took the time to listen to me and didn't just start spouting off numbers to try to get me off the phone.
