Requesting a quote - I received a timely response from Elmo. He was very kind and professional. I followed up with a lot of questions (and asked in piecemeal) and he answered every single one - quickly, thoroughly, and nicely. Also, I had been in contact with several vendors, and King and Queen Party Rentals were very reasonably priced. And I appreciated the timely responses from Elmo because that helped me make some decisions here and there throughout the process. Nowadays, it's easy to find anyone to do anything but it's rare to encounter professionals, and ones that are helpful. Delivery - Elmo's crew was also the only vendor who was able to deliver on a Friday morning for our Saturday event, which gave us ample time to set up. The other vendors were either dropping off late Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, and/or were going to charge us extra to drop off on Friday and pick up on Sunday. Also, I had rented 100 chairs, a few kids chairs, and two large tents. I wasn't at my parents' house for delivery, but they told me Elmo's team arrived on time, set up the tents, and on top of that were very friendly. And my parents were very happy with the way the chairs and tents looked - great quality. Pick up - My parents said Elmo's crew arrived on Sunday morning, took down the tents and packed everything up.
