I have done events at my home for 30 people but never at a large venue. I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted, but Dora and her daughter, Paola, made the process easy. They are experienced, had many ideas, and helped us choose everything from the centerpieces, table covers, charger plates, and chair covers to the cake table and easel. We met with them a couple of times to see the changes in the setup, and each visit made our vision come to life. Their prices were reasonable, their customer service was excellent, and they have an eye for detail. Dora and Paola were kind, patient (especially when we were unsure of what we wanted), knowledgeable, and most significantly, easy to work with. On the day of the event, they arrived on time, handled the entire setup, and came back afterward to pick everything up. The whole experience was completely hassle-free. The balloons were appreciated by the recipient and that's all I wanted! I will say the foil balloons could have had a little more helium because they weren't fully inflated- maybe it can be attributed to the heat, but I had the AC on... so idk.
