Weeks went by I forgot. And she called asking me for payment. Spoke to her personally gave her my credit card number and I assumed it was taken care of. Fast forward over a month and a half later she messages me asking for payment. The balloons were for a school event and she mentioned involving the school since I still have not paid... immediately call her to remind her that I did pay her over a month and a half ago. She is unsure about anything going on and mentions she has to talk to her staff. Do not recommend doing business with her.

I was so grateful that they came around with this because it saved me having to spend on this rental elsewhere. Vanessa and her team were very thoughtful, kind and flexible with allowing me to pick up the chair and drop it off when it was most convenient for me. Upon picking it up we were greeted by other members of her team who were also super friendly and helpful. I am sad that my finances did not allow me to hire them for the entire event as I know they would've gone above and beyond. I've ordered with them quite a few times. I've gotten a baseball which was excellent. I was told that it would be "similar" and that the difference would be that the tail would have to be straight not curved. Similar is such an ambiguous term, I wish they would have clarified their limitations. Anyway, upon pick up, i was given a clothespin-looking crocodile. I was so sad. The entire crocodile from tail to snout was rectangular. The legs were nubs. With the party being the following day, there were no other feasible options but to take it. I have seen their work before and knew that they were capable of recreating a much better version of what was given to me. I would have appreciated maybe an update halfway through or at their beginning stages a sketch clarification of what indeed was going to be produced so that I had the option of moving forward or not. Anyway, all to say this was a $60 order for a large. It was already small in my opinion, but I would have been ok with the size if there was a little more effort given to the overall shape of the piñata.
