I was taking jet ski to the lake for our family's daughter's 1st birthday . We were all very excited, especially the kids. As it got closer I reached out to him to confirm. And he tells me he overbooked. And do I want another day or my money back. I can't even believe this . We can't do another day it's too close to the party and everything is already set up. How does this happen . So I've been calling other places and of course they are all booked up. So I let frank know the situation and he said he would help me get a new jet ski rental for sure . He did mention a few other people . 1 was already booked . 1 had an older one that cost more but no speakers. And the other one was an older one that was cheaper but located in Sacramento and again no speakers. So I have told him this and now he's cut off communication. I spent 2 days trying to find someone else. I'm still looking.It's not ok. While I appreciate him trying to help me find another jet ski , I would never do business with them again . After a few suggestions from him and it didn't work out, he stopped responding.

We try to reason with him, "Why would we make a reservation at 5pm for that same day?" He replies, "Well you didn't show up. You probably won't get a refund." We left, because at that point there was no way we were going to give them more money. I do not suggest this place. They messed up our reservation, they were rude to us at the gate, and they refused to refund our money.
