Rented Prince Isaac for a co-ed bachelor/bachelorette party in the city last weekend. I spoke with Rick and Sam and they were both very pleasant to deal with. After a ton of questions and back and forth, I chose this shuttle service to ferry my small wedding party this past weekend for the whole day. Rick was a courteous, helpful and most importantly very safe driver. He arrived BEFORE time, texted me and patiently waited for us; the bus itself was comfy and well appointed, very clean and professional looking. He even brought drinks and cups for the bottle of champagne I brought along! After getting us to our wedding venue he waited around patiently for six hours and made sure to stay accessible in case I needed anything. He then safely drove us back to our hotel 30 minutes away. He offered to play tunes for us, charge our iPhone, and turned the lights down thoughtfully when everyone started falling asleep. Best of all, his prices were the cheapest I could find. I am going to tell you a story that is describes honestly one of the worst experiences I have EVER had with a business in my entire life. When the party bus showed up I was impressed by how the bus looked. It was clean (for the most part) and looked rather nice. What struck me immediately upon the doors opening was the overwhelming smell of marijuana. I assumed it was just a passing odor from outside somewhere so we went about our ride to the location and all seemed fine. When myself and my girlfriend exited the venue a little early to go retrieve her camera from the bus we found the driver passed out over the wheel of the bus. After knocking on the door for over 2 minutes solid, (not banging in any way) the driver finally awoke. When the doors opened it literally smelled so strongly of marijuana that I had to take a step back. The driver's eyes were so bloodshot and red that it was clear to both of us that he was stoned out of his mind! I got up close to the driver and could tell that his breath stunk of weed and he was having a hard time focusing on what I was saying. I immediately called Rick, the owner of the company, and told him that the driver that we had hired and entrusted with the lives of over 25 people was stoned! I told him that I did not want our money back, I just wanted him to send out a new driver who was not baked. This is when Rick started literally screaming at me on the phone. When I put my girlfriend on, he also proceeded to scream at her, telling us that we were wrong and there was no way he was stoned. Literally yelling at us. At one point he called my girlfriend a c*nt while speaking to me, and used more profanity then featured in Chris Rock stand-up routines. In all my years on this earth, I have never been treated in such a way by a business owner. Basically it boils down to this, even if he thought that his driver was not stoned, if a patron calls and tells you that they are convinced that the driver of the bus is baked, you don't yell at them, you send out a non-stoned driver! I had to call the Fremont Police Department because this driver thought it was acceptable to drive a bus while high. While waiting for the police the driver running around in the bus and all that I know is when the police showed up the smell had been replaced with that of a cheap cologne. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THE OWNER IS RUDE AND OUR DRIVER WAS HIGH!!!!! There are many companies that will provide this service, it is not worth the head-ache to use this company! I am telling you right now, OUR DRIVER WAS STONED!! And the owner was out of control rude. As an owner of a business that involved providing bus services to local children, if a parent called and told me one of my drivers was high on marijuana, the last thing I would do is yell and them and call them a c*nt. read more

After looking at SF Minibus, Bauer and several other party bus rental companies in SF, we went with Rick and his SF Party Bus. It was a great choice, as Rick was helpful, friendly, inexpensive and professional. We rented the bus for my girlfriend's 40th birthday to take a group up to the beach in San Rafael. We were able to have drinks, play our music, and have people get to know each other better before arriving at the venue. There was plenty of room on the bus for coolers, bags and food for the party. We were having a great time on the beach and ran late cleaning up, but Rick was flexible and didn't give us a hard time at all. Couple of things to note, be prepared to pay cash and you might not want to fit the bus to max capacity. When the driver and the bus pulled up, he was extremely professional, welcoming and the party bus itself was very well stocked with sodas, mixers and very clean inside. I almost mistook it for the inside of a club....very welll decorated...just missing the ladies. :o) We had a great time on the bus....no complaints about guys having a great time on the bus, listening to loud music, dancing, drinking, etc. The driver knew exactly where we were going and got us there safely and in a timely manner. Just when I thought I couldn't have any less respect for a human being, he pulls out even more lies (not that I'm surprised - he's already made it clear that he is a poor businessman and a jerk). Again, take a look at all of his fake reviews - he clearly has NO problem lying. To be clear, we were never thrown out of the club. We left the club for a camera that was left on the bus. I only wanted to get my camera and had no intention of hanging out on a lame bus with a high driver. After the two officers left (the officers that WE had called), we went back into the club. As a police officer's daughter, I would never be rude to an officer. In fact, when they had left, they laughed it off and told us better luck next time when hiring a private service. As the name implies, these buses PARTY. Hot damn, I wanna do it again! Service was great all around: owners Rick and Sam were very nice and easy to work with, and our driver Ali was a rockstar. We had 18 people and we fit comfortably in a 20 person bus. We had some bigger fellows with us, so I actually wouldn't have wanted more than 18 people unless our additional passengers were petite. We really enjoyed the U-setup, which was way more social than traditional school bus-style rows. Having an auxillary sound cable may be "table stakes" these days, but it was still great to plug-in iPhones and DJ jams all ride long! read more
