My sister then used her for 9ft balloon arch in 2023 and she charged her 270 including delivery. I inquired about an event in June, discussed for two weeks regarding what I was looking for. I was quoted 275 including delivery for 7ft arch with flowers. I text to confirm the date and she tells me since I didn't give her a deposit before the 1st of the month (it's the 3rd) that her price will be 350 minimum since the lack of staff.( not my issue?) it's a shame how she decided to tell me I would not get a lesser quote else where and that my prices weren't true that my sister in law quoted and paid even though I have the invoice and conversation from my sister in law.
