I was up front about wanting the new lock to be keyed like all my other doors. I also told them the rest of the locks in my house were Weslock. Nothing I told him mattered. He came the next day with a Schlage lock that could not be keyed like my current house key. He never said he couldn't bring a Westlock and I was irritated because I told him what my needs were. So I asked him if he get the door unlocked he said yes and did so in about 10 minutes. Not before doing that did he ever mention the cost to do that was $250 dollars because I would not have let him proceed. He said it was considered lock out service He is a deceitful business owner and has unscrupulous business practices
