They are very fast in getting someone to my house and their service is also very fast and efficient. Both times someone had gotten everything done in less than twenty minutes. Lately I've had to replace a deadbolt and locking door knob to our garage and instead of waiting for a house call I decided to bring the pieces to their actual location to be done - our garage couldn't be locked and it couldn't wait. I called and was told they could do it on the spot, but they closed at three. I got there at 2:30, was greeted with two smiles from the two people there and bing, bam, boom, not even 15 minutes later I was off with a new door knob, new deadbolt, and both keyed to the same master key. Not only that but it all cost pretty much less than a deadbolt/knob combination at any hardware store. I am too happy with the service I received from Abiding all three times and I can't wait for the security of my home to be in jeopardy again so I can call them up and use their services once more.

Part of this tantrum included saying she was going to be put on their "list." Whatever that means. Total overreaction to a reasonable request. This review is not about the price - it's about the way you treat people. If technicians are telling people they don't have to pay for stuff, that's between you and them - not the customers problem. I was up front about wanting the new lock to be keyed like all my other doors. I also told them the rest of the locks in my house were Weslock. Nothing I told him mattered. He came the next day with a Schlage lock that could not be keyed like my current house key. He never said he couldn't bring a Westlock and I was irritated because I told him what my needs were.
