WOW!!! This guy deserves 10 stars! I called many locksmiths only to get a call center in India twice and most others didn't even pick up the phone when I called on a Sunday evening. I called Woodward Lock & Key and got ahold of Ty immediately. It was a relief to finally reach someone and not a call center. He understood my problem and assured me he could fix it! ( I broke my key off in my ignition. Whoops!). Within an hour he arrived and removed my broken key from deep inside the ignition and was able to cut and program new car keys right there on the spot. I thought I was going to have to go through so many hoops with the car dealership to get a key. Thankfully I didn't! Whilst getting my keys made another locksmith called me back to quote me 260 dollars more than what Woodward lock & key charged me. He informed me that most of the companies here in STL are owned and operated by foreign scammers. He said the fastest way to know if it is a scam is if they won't give you a definite price over the phone or says that the technician will tell you the final price when they are done working. read more

My experience with Tyler and his company was above and beyond all of my expectations. My house was getting ready to be shown to a prospective renter by a local realtor while I was out of town. An hour before the showing I learned that the door knob had been locked with the keys inside the house (this was early morning on a Saturday btw). Tyler answered the phone immediately and could not be nicer and more understanding. He was able to meet the realtor within the hour to unlock the door.
