    Supposed to be edible

This soggy disgusting muck cost me $7 from Basalmos on atlantic ave. I went in asked if they could replace the unediteble food! They said no you want it to not be like that you should have picked it up! I asked for my money back, no you get what you get no refund

I drive by here all the time. I asked my friend if they serve good pizza and he said yes. He wasn't kidding when he said that the slices are big. Slices are very affordable when it's a cheese pizza. If you want 1 or more toppings, it will cost a little bit more. Service is good, no complaints.

Wow I honestly believe in patronizing community businesses...however the level of disrespect that was shown from the owner is unbelievable. This business needs to be out of the community. The owner called a woman a cheap Bitch in front of her child. It seems there was a dispute over a two liter soda. Now personally I believe if the female wanted to be smart with her money the two liter was the way to go... however rules are rules and I honestly understand that. But calling a female outside of her name in front of her child is just wrong. From my understanding this pizza shop does a lot for the area that he serves but what the owner must understand is one bad action will make all the good he has done in the community look like nothing. My suggestion is go to another pizza shop. Somewhere that will value all of their customers.#boycott

Here is Balsamos version of a cheesesteak. Barely anything on it

Was a routine customer. However, the portions have become pathetic. Tonight, I ordered a cheesesteak and picked it up to find out half the sandwich was bare. Upon calling, I was told thats normal and theres nothing wrong. I offered to bring the sandwich in and was told it doesn't mean they would change anything and I shouldn't waste my time. Very unprofessional.

Garlic parm wet wings & dry hot wings. Both are delicious!! :)

Every single ingredient, from the savory mixed meats to the perfectly toasted rye bread, is a testament to the cooks' dedication. And to complement that masterpiece? The Bloody Mary is a triumph--an aesthetically gorgeous work of art garnished with bacon, olives, and fresh citrus. This isn't just food and drink; it's a pure expression of God's love, simple and true, served on a plate and in a glass. The mild wings were extra crispy and full of flavor, and the blue cheese that came with them was great. The nicely plated chicken cheesesteak egg rolls were really good too, and I loved that they use Liscio's seeded bread for their sandwiches. It's soft and fluffy on the outside with that perfect crunch on the outside of the chicken. Their hot honey sauce had a nice mix of sweet and spicy, and the fries were cooked perfectly. Drinks were made well, and my cosmo looked great and tasted even better. The chicken quesadilla was stuffed with fillings, though I wasn't really into the cream cheese on the side. Prefer sour cream. The salsa it came with was fresh and flavorful. Service was quick and friendly, but the atmosphere felt a little awkward. There wasn't any music playing, just TVs with an NBA on with commercials which made it a bit too quiet & odd. The pool tables seemed to be the main draw since people were playing constantly. Overall, great food and drinks with friendly service. I just wish there was some background music or a livelier vibe inside because the food alone makes it worth coming back for.

Leashed and friendly dogs are welcome inside the tap room and outside on the patio, making it a perfect hangout spot for both humans and pups. We absolutely loved the vibe here with its natural wood accents, lush greenery, and thoughtfully designed seating areas that make you want to settle in and stay awhile. Rarely do we enjoy everything we try at a brewery, but this place pulled it off flawlessly. The Boro 30 coffee stout was smooth, balanced, and easy to drink, the Moonwalker cream ale was bright and citrusy, and the Sweet PaTaTa's pale ale brought rich malt flavor with every sip. Even their non-alcoholic root beer was incredibly refreshing! There are plenty more options on tap too, so every kind of beer lover can find something to enjoy. We also had the best time chatting with beertender Tiffany, who was incredibly friendly and happened to be celebrating her birthday while we visited! Bring your own food, catch one of their lively events, and kick back at this awesome local brewery.

Decent sized parking lot, and a nice little tasting room inside. Nice decor and variety of seating, including authentic German beer garden tables and benches. It was pretty dead when we visited, just six people at the bar who all appeared to be locals. The bartender was quick with service but didn't engage with us further. $7 pints and $9 flights of four 4 oz beers. There were 9 beers on tap and one seltzer when we were there. We each had a flight so we got to sample most of what was on the menu. Unfortunately we didn't really like most of what we had. The Mexicali Brews (a mojito Pilsner) was definitely interesting in that I've never seen a beer like it before. It was the best of my flight. The Galway Girl (Irish red ale) seemed too watered down, the Stalk n' Hops (cream ale) was just ok, and the Gravity Storm (DIPA at 9.45%) was, I hate to say, atrocious. The Double IPA is by far my favorite style of beer, and this was too watery and had a bitter aftertaste without any of the smooth, nuanced hop flavor I've come to expect from other DIPA's. Most breweries will offer a brief description of their beers, including intended flavor profiles, hops used, etc, but there was none of that here so it was hard to tell what they were going for and what went wrong. If you're local, I'm sure this is a nice place to hang out with some friends and beers. They do a lot of fun events including food trucks and live music. But this is definitely not a place to go out of your way to visit, as you can find much better beer elsewhere.

Parking was a challenge on a Friday night as every space was full and turning around in the back lot involves making a k turn around the other vehicles who are also looking for a spot. We ended up parking down the street and walking over. We were seated immediately, as the bar has ample seating, both high tops and regular tables. My bff wasn't in the mood for a cocktail so we opted for Arnold palmers. Now, I am a HUGE avocado fan and I had heard about their infamous avocado fries so I was super excited about trying them. That may or may not have been the main reason for my visit. The avocado fries are fresh large slices of avocado breaded in panko and fried with a sweet and tangy spicy mayo sauce. I loved them but my bff wasn't as excited. He informed me he isn't a huge fresh avocado fan, so this one is for the avocado lovers. We also opted for the chicken parm rollers which is described as "Chicken mixed with ricotta cheese, herbs and spices rolled in panko breadcrumbs served with house made marinara and shaved parmesan" - they are chicken meatballs. We expected something else and now that we've had them and I re-read the description I'm not sure what we had in mind but it wasn't this. They were just okay. I think if they were placed on a plate with seasoned whipped ricotta and drizzled with pesto it could boost the flavor experience. For our entrees my bff got the chicken strips with the sweet and sassy sauce and I opted for the KO burger. My KO burger was delicious. The seeded brioche bun was buttery and fresh and the burger itself was flavorful. The fries were also fantastic. Fresh cut and sprinkled with a sweet seasoning, I didn't even feel the need to add ketchup or a side of aioli or anything. They were perfect. I didn't try my bffs chicken tenders but the sweet and sassy sauce tasted just like buffalo sauce. Pretty sure it was the wrong sauce but he didn't say anything to our server so that's on us. If you are looking for a bar to hang out and watch sports, get a drink, and have a great burger, I'd recommend this place - but maybe uber there.

One of the most fun things on the menu is their chicken "thumbs," which are shaped like little hands -- I wish I took a picture because they're great and definitely something you don't see everywhere. Service can be a little hit or miss, but not because the staff isn't working hard -- it's a big place and when it gets busy, it really gets busy, and they sometimes seem a bit understaffed for the rush. That said, everyone is always very friendly, which makes a big difference and keeps the experience positive. They also have a huge bar with several beers on tap, great specialty drinks, and drink specials, so it's a great place to hang out with friends and have a good time. Overall, definitely worth a visit. Just maybe don't go if you're in a big rush -- go when you have time to relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and have a good meal.
