Ordered a million times, but Thursday they made a mistake on the order which is fine. I got a partial refund and ordered again Friday. Before I go to bite into my mozz sticks I notice what looked like a bug. When I looked at the clump of what appears to be pubic hair on the stick I almost threw tf up. This seems intentional and retaliation for reporting the previous order. I will never return and am looking into reporting this to the BBB. . Avoid this nasty place. read more

I've given this place plenty of chances, but I'm done. I ordered a sausage sandwich which was supposed to come with sharp provolone and broccoli rabe. That's what the menu said. It came with nothing. Just cut up pieces of sausage stuffed in a roll no seasoning, no sauce, no nothing. Garlic knots? Nothing. Just plain pieces of dough with very little seasonings and terrible marinara dipping sauce. I don't know what happened. Maybe they have new management, but I can tell you I will never order from here again. Save your money. read more

I have been to this pizzeria a few times. I love pizza, pasta, and all things Italian! It isn't the best pizza in the area, but it is pretty good. I have had a few of their pies and none of them were extraordinary but I did enjoy them. I also have ordered a personal and for the price, you definitely get a lot of pizza. I did try a pasta dish and it was ok. Nothing about it blew my hair back. I recently stopped in for a quick salad and was excited to order a flavorful dish. Unfortunately, the large salad wasn't much bigger then the small and the ratio of salad to toppings was not ideal. My salad was mostly lettuce with a couple of olives, dried tomatoes, and very few peppers. I would have loved a little more mozzarella as well. I was a little disappointed with this. It's a good place to grab a quick bite but I would stick to ordering their pizza and stay away from their other dishes. read more

I wanted to review this place in hopes the owner sees it, and makes a policy change, bc its one of the better pies in the area. However, when family was here visiting, I ordered over $100 worth of food over the phone for delivery, and when I was ready to give them my card number, the girl on the phone sounded annoyed and said "oh you're using a card? We charge 50 cents for that." I thought she was joking so I kind of laughed, but she wasn't.. and I cancelled my order out of the principle of it all. This policy, I guarantee, has lost you far more money than it ever would have saved in cc processing fees. It has created ill-will with me, and i'm certain it has with other customers as well.. its a very out of touch policy. This is unfortunate, bc I like the pizza, but I'll order crappier food from somewhere else to avoid being treated like a jerk for using a card. Being hit with a frivolous little 50 cent charge bc the $100+ I spent apparently wasn't enough for them to cover the cc processing fees is just an absolutely oblivious and spiteful policy. Don't take it out on your customers bc you're mad at your bank. I don't even believe it's legal in New Jersey to charge customers for using a card, but that's another can of worms. The point is, throw this policy in a volcano and take a page out of the Chinese food place right near you who gives customers free sodas and complimentary desserts with every x amount of dollars spent. Appreciation goes a long way with people. Will try again here eventually. read more

My husband and I have gone to this business for years and have loved it every single time. We tell everyone about it and we are extremely disappointed, and embarrassed by a recent experience. We ordered delivery pizza for a fantasy draft and it was 10 minutes late. When we called we were told it was delivered. It was NOT delivered, they took it to the wrong house and gave it to a child. There are no children in our home. They hung up on us TWICE when we continued to ask for more information. When we called back they told us they would pick the pizza up from the house and bring it to us. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Even before covid that is disgusting after it has been in someone else's home for over 20 minutes . We will not be returning and this is a-shame as we were loyal customers. read more

Pizza is one of the best around by far. They use quality high end ingredients and it shows with their end result. Staff is excellent and knows their regulars by name and greets everyone with a smile. Plain pizza is how I judge a place and theirs holds up with anyone in the Philly area. We love pizza. We've had pizza all around, and in this area and couldn't find any decent pizza that didn't use pre-made dough. That is, until we found Pizza Italia. We ordered pizza from here for our daughter's birthday party at a nearby park, and everyone raved about how good it was. Months later I still have people mentioning it and asking where we ordered from. We ordered a pizza and fried mushrooms tonight for pickup because we were bored with our usual go-to spots, and everything was delicious. It was a perfect cheese pizza. The mushrooms were nice and crispy, and not greasy at all. Our order was ready quickly, too, especially considering it was a Friday night. Now that I know they deliver to our town, this will be our new place for sure (even if they didn't, it's totally worth the drive). read more

Great pasta dishes. We had baked ziti and pens vodka. Both were out of this world! Very quick delivery and everything was hot. Salad was fresh, garlic bread was warm. They were even perfect with our crazy requests with the pasta. Definitely will be ordering again read more

The best all around pizza restaurant in the area. I order from several local restaurants frequently and this is my favorite for take out or delivery. Service is quick and friendly and the food is consistently good. My latest discovery - the eggplant parmigiana. The best I have ever had - light and perfectly prepared with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. They get it right. Other favorites: the salad with grilled chicken and the chicken and turkey sandwiches on Focaccia bread, served with what seems to be homemade chips. They even made me a custom sausage and peppers sandwich on Focaccia when requested. Give them a try! read more

We live across the street so honestly we go here out of convenience more than anything. But the pizza is excellent. Haven't had any hoagies or steaks but my daughter (a 5 year old cheeseburger connoisseur) raves about the burger. Every region has its 'best' omg review. In the Glassboro area, Italia is the place to get your pie, cheesesteaks, Italian sausage sandwiches and much more in a clean, comfortable site and for 'duh' takeout. The owner and staff listen and deliver to the customer. I travel a lot- worldwide. I visit the east coast and Jersey specifically for seasonal and local foods. And I like a clean, traditional pie with thin, foldable semicrisp dough and cheesteaks/onion/roll as my basis to form an opinion before anything else on the menu. Italia has a 'simple yet diverse enough menu for a 'simple' and diverse guy like me. I asked for a thin crust on my pie and Italia responded 'how thin'. That was a wow. I picked up dinner for relatives who lived in the area for 16yrs and had never been to Italia - who now feel dumb for not being a patron till now. $ for the menu, $$$$ for the value, service and taste. This place has some of the best pizza ever. Usually, I find that, except for the Americanized, commercialized pizza places, most places taste the same. This one stands out a bit. The cheese seems more flavorful. It tastes more purely of mozzarella than most pizzas. The sauce isn't too thin or too thick. The staff is friendly and the price is decent. A+++ read more
