Just inhaled a whole pie in the car with my family. It was THAT good. It was so good, I came straight here to tell you about it. It was so good, we planned to come back tomorrow but they're closed Sundays so we're coming back Monday. The crust was lightly baked and pillowy. It's one of those pizzas where you'll eat the entire slice, crust and all. The pizza had the perfect amount of cheese and sauce and the flavor and saltiness was perfect. When you pick up the slice and fold it to eat, it doesn't droop. I will say this though, if you take the pie home, it will probably steam and get soggy with how thin the pizza is. Found this place the previous night while eating ramen in the plaza. Got there at 745p placed my order and went to KTA for drinks. It was tight because KTA closes at 8. After we got back we waited another 5-10 Minutes and noticed he place a "sold out" sign on the door... wow.... Got the last one. It's just one size and is ($24-28) depending on toppings. What a great pizza place we stumbled upon. I called and ordered pizzas and was told there were so many pizzas in front of ours that we would get a call when ours was close to being done. The guy on the other end of the phone was incredibly kind, and you could tell he liked his job. We showed up and he was just as kind in person. It seemed like a one-man show, but he had it under control. Clearly locals love this place, as well as he seemed to know all of them by their first names. If you are ever in Waikoloa Village and craving a pizza this is the place to go. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the ingredients, and the crust was exceptional. Found this pizzeria in the Waikoloa village on the way to Mauna Kea. Their tagline of using flour from Italy caught our eye (over a chain pizzeria in the same stripmall) :). They are open late and is a bonus when most of the places shut down by 8-9pm. You can customize the toppings and they make it fresh based on the order (price varies per number of toppings on the pizza).. Placed the order over phone and the order was ready within 30m. On-time pickup and nice conversation with the owner there too :) The pizzas were hot and extremely tasty. We got two pizzas in total with variation on toppings on each half (so highly customizable) and was good for four hungry people. The chef's technique, hospitality is definitely visible as well as the quality of the ingredients used. Highly recommend and will definitely repeat. read more

What an awesome spot! Owner is really kind. Pizza is simple and reminds me of mainland pizzerias. Got a pepperoni and sausage. Sausage was very flavorful, pepperoni is crispy and light on the sauce. The bread though...NICE. Had a great flavor and light crunch to it. The bread sticks are great! Soft and dense but simple enough to enjoy the flavor of the imported flour. Price shocked me. Located in Waikoloa Village, in a new shopping area - a large parking lot offers plenty of parking. Take-out only, there is no seating to eat on site. Call ahead would be best, but we wasted time wandering to see what options were available in the area. The staff was super friendly. There is only 1-size pizza available, 8-slices. The price only changes based on how many toppings you want. It's a build your own option only. Price was reasonable. We got a simple pepperoni and it was delicious. My family dug in before I could snag a pic. Thinner crust, but not crispy. The flavor of the dough seemed a bit garlicky which was so good. Balismo's was okay. Some of the toppings are chopped in to really tiny pieces (mushroom, peppers, pineapple). The proportions are not right. I ordered 3 pizzas and they were all a little salty. Not sure if it's the cheese or if they add something to make it salty. Nothing special but decent. Pizzas range from $24-$28 depending on how many toppings you pick. Positive is that they are open until midnight. So if you need food late you have a pizza option. The location is about 10 minutes from the Hilton. The restaurant was clean but there is only one picking table outside if you want to eat your pizza there. I wish you could see the kitchen but there is no view, just a big white wall. read more

This was one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. The crust was soggy, the toppings were chopped so small they were barely recognizable, there was no sauce at all, and it was overwhelmingly salty. We waited nearly two hours for a pickup order -- completely unacceptable. The pizzas were tiny, overpriced, and tasted worse than basic fast food pizza. Honestly, any chain pizza place would've been 10 times better. Huge letdown. Definitely won't be coming back. Turn around go dominos. I would rate it a zero if I could. read more

We wanted to like the 5 star ratings about the nice owner and discount the 1 ratings that complained about it being no better that Dominos with small portions of sauce, ingredients and very finely chopped to the point you could not see it. We wanted to like it but it was not very good. The ingredients were unrecognizable and the sauce nonexistent. We went home and loaded the crust with our tomatoes and cheese and artichokes and it was great indicating that the crust is good. They also had fewer customers than the other two pizza places so I am guessing that they will not be around long. read more

The pizzas are all one size, 8 slices, and the prices varies based on how many toppings and ingredients you want. They don't open until 5:00 PM however, but they are open until 12:00 AM (Midnight). Great customer service and one of the team members Travis was great to meet and order with. I loved the pizza I got and it was so fresh. Went with "3-4 toppings", and they were Green Bell Peppers, Pineapple, Onions, Black Olives. Prices are great and reasonable too!
