Our house was built in 2001 and over all of these years it seem as thou the house is gradually being rebuilt because of having to redo half done work. For example snow was getting into the fire place, secodary to the wrong cap on the outside however, when the fire place insert was remove the cavity had not been dry wall and there was just insulation and wire s hanging. The bathroom vent was never vented to the outside and the vent was just tucked under insulation. When the vent was on for at least 10mi it set off the carbon monoxide sensors off. Every time we have work done of any kind the question is the same was the builder who provided no supervision to his subs and they got away with half doing things.

After researching many local contractors, we selected Central Maryland Sunrooms. This reputable company is family owned and has served the area for many years. They do their own installation meaning they control the most important part of the job. It's one reason their work is done so well. We hired this company for the following work: (1) to remodel our home-built porch into a modern and beautiful sunroom, (2) to build us a side porch to cover an exit door that had none. (They did such a good job, it is hard to tell it is an add on.), and (3) to replace our bow window and front door with units of higher quality. They did a beautiful job transforming all of these. They worked quickly, showed up reliably, kept us informed, and cleaned up after themselves daily. This company is professional and reasonably priced. In the near future, we will engage their services again to replace all of the home's windows and interior doors.
