Came here for lunch on a Saturday after searching for lunch spots near the Seattle Premium Outlets…read moreand I am glad that we ended up coming herel. I actually ended up coming here 2 days in a row because I was in the area with some friends coming back from the Tulip gardens and I wanted to show them the place though the line was much longer the second day. I think the BBQ is good, the pork ribs are better than the brisket imo and the sauces are okay. We tried 4/6 and ranked are: 1 - Cole slaw 2 - Mac & Cheese - this is a bit on the runny side but works well with dipping the bread in the sauce 3 - Potato salad 4 - Brisket Baked Beans We didn't try the brisket chili nor the creamed corn. ~~Parking: It's located at the end of a strip mall and there's plenty of parking though the lines are a bit faded and it's not the most even so both times we ended up parking closer to the Subway side but it's not difficult to find. ~~Service: Good. Most of the wait is just because you order and wait for your food prior to paying for it & finding your seat compared to how most restaurants you order and they bring the food to you which is a model that I would have preferred but I guess this one works well for this place because I was wanting to try their daily special of the hot link but the person right in front of me ordered the last one. After paying it's primarily a self serve place. ~~Best Part: The sides! All the sides we had tried were good and we only ended up ordering the trays because they came with the sides and I was doing girl math. ~~Worst Part: The wait to order the second day & the fact that I saw the person in front of me order the last sausage. ~~Tips: The sides are the real star of the show, so try them! ~~Return: Yes.

Ran our errands and made our way back around 2. The line inside was about 6 deep but it moved fast with more folks piling in as fast as customers left. To our disappointment, there was a sign saying they were out of some items which was fine because there were other delicious choices available. I had the pulled pork sandwich, my husband had the brisket sandwich. We also ordered 1/2 doz wings, sides of baked beans and mac and cheese to share. The meat on both sandwiches was moist and flavorful, I could only eat half since I indulged in wings and sides. The beans were a little smoky and a little sweet. The mac was cheesy, saucy, and creamy. Take out, approx $57 total w/ tax and tip, totally worth the $. Can't wait to go back to try their other offerings.

We ordered the 4 Meats and 4 Sides Meal for 4 to 6 plus 2lbs of Pork Ribs. See our pictures to see what we picked up. We liked how the items were separated with foil. Hot items were hot and cold items were cold, as expected. We were asked if we needed plastic ware or plates, which we did not. They still put in plenty of napkins and some wet wipes. The food? Pork Spare Ribs - 5 - Nice smokey flavor and very tender. Really didn't need sauce but we had plenty of mild and spicy on hand. Links - 5 - Good textures and excellent flavors. They gave us both flavors because they had run out of the one we ordered. Yay for us! Chicken Thighs - 5 - Thick, meaty, juicy thighs. Tri-tip - 5 - Very tender. Beef Brisket - 4 - I forgot to ask for "Juicy" and some of our slices were on the drier side. That's my bad. Smashed Potato Salad - 5 - Excellent! Cole Slaw - 5 - As expected. Cowboy Caviar - 5 - I don't remember trying this before so I don't know how it compares to that of others, but we liked it just fine. Would we order it again? Maybe but I missed having Mac & Cheese too. Collards - 4 - Tender but a tad salty on the back end for me. We had plenty of leftovers after dinner, so we boiled some asparagus, toasted some Hawaiian Rolls, fried some eggs, air fried some hash browns and reheated some of the meats for breakfast. Mmmm!

We both received the same thing. The pulled pork was pretty good, mild flavor and it wasn't dry. The brisket was tender but really fatty. More than half the portion was just fat. I like some fat, that's why I like brisket, but the fat to meat ratio was definitely off. I really wish I could have tried the turkey but I guess we'll skip to the sides. The baked bean are really good. Simple, no added ingredients. The coleslaw, Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes were all fine. Not bad, nothing fancy, just classic style. Their sweet tea is really really sweet! It's good, but sugar overload. I'd say overall it's a decent place, especially for the price. The 2 meat plate was around $19 and the 3 meat plate was around $21, and that includes 2 sides. Just check your order before leaving to make sure you actually got everything you paid for... Also, portion size is decent. It's not big portions by any means but it'll fill you up. It also comes with a piece of buttered toast. It's good bread. No complaints.

The tea is rancid and when brought up to the staff, they told us it wasn't and they "made it this morning" even though three customers all said it was rancid. The store is dirty, trashes are full. We ordered the kimchi pancake, short rib soup with potatoes and glass noodles, and fried beef brisket (spice level 2/4). The kimchi pancake was overly breaded and tasted like it had been fried in reused oil. The short rib soup was the safest dish of the night, but the beef was still chewy rather than tender, the glass noodles were minimal, and the broth was extremely salty with a noticeable MSG-like taste. The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high ratings.

Maybe it was bc we ordered early around 3pm for a 515pm pick up Idk cuz Prob out of everything, the shrimp lumpia was the best? It was more like a shrimp eggroll tho (see pic) and $8 kinda steep for 2 pieces that size The meat jun def didn't remind me of auntie's from the islands The mochiko chicken lacked both the texture and the taste I was craving The lomi lomi salmon shoulda been called lomi lomi tomato and onions The shoyu chicken was dry The Kalua pig.. I legit had better from the food truck that used to be on red square at UW back in the day The portions were also disappointing. In particular the chicken katsu, we legit thought they accidentally gave us a mini portion Idk. Again maybe it was an off day but for a place that has such high ratings, it was lowkey just disappointing that $110 resulted in all that

It is a great lunch spot for those who are biking (or in our case, e-biking) along the trail. Fries were great, with very generous portions. I'm sure there are other great places to eat in Arlington, but we've done the bike stop here twice and we'll certainly continue to do so.

It was so crowded! The service itself wasn't great which is saying something given there are no servers. You wait in line and order at the front, then you find a table (if you're lucky) and they bring the food out to you. Last Saturday, our cashier was a young blonde female and she genuinely seemed miserable. An incredibly unwelcoming presence and that followed with similar service by the rest of the staff. It was odd given the very minimal interactions most people probably have with the staff to begin with. The food is good. If you want a burger and fries and some huge onion rings, this is your place. It's not an out of this world burger and definitely not a place I'd recommend because of the food itself but the atmosphere. It's really what makes this restaurant so fun. It wasn't the food and definitely not the customer service for me. It was the atmosphere. Therefore, I probably won't go back. Food service is one of the hardest jobs in my opinion and I don't want to ever take my family and friend back to a place where I felt like an inconvenience just ordering my food. Disappointing and at the same time, check it out. Maybe it'll be different when you go. I'm hoping so!
