If you're looking for authentic, Texas style bbq, this is the spot. Holy cow. We've been 3 times now and have yet to be disappointed. The brisket is fall apart tender, the pulled pork is SO peppery, and their Mac & cheese is the cherry on top. Truly a gem of a hole-in-the-wall place. Super fast and friendly service, too.

Jeff's is consistently incredible! We always get a big sampler tray for our family. Show up at opening and you get all the best options!! Tried the Pecan Pie for the first time and it was the best we have ever had. Not too sweet and so delicious. If you want some authentic Texas BBQ, Jeff's is your place!

Beef rib, pork belly, turkey, brisket, sausage. Because when you're a grown up... you can have it ALL.

This BBQ place just holds its own. Yeah, the sides are good and the service is friendly. But honestly they could have the worst sides and service and I would STILL come back over and over again. The mustard based sauce is my favorite and it's perfect to cut the richness of the pork belly/brisket/beef rib. If you happen to go here and the beef rib is on the menu, just get it. It's so tender and the fat just melts in your mouth and the edges have a little bit of the crispy bits and it just truly gives life meaning. Whatever they're

We learned about this place watching a Seattle YouTuber who's from Texas introducing it as Seattles best Texan bbq place... so we had to try it and it did not disappoint! Although it's not technically in Seattle I still think it's worth the drive. The brisket got perfect amount of fat and meat combined and the bbq sauce wasn't too salty like many places can be. The brisket beans as a side was also a hit Next time I'll try something other than the brisket.

We took family friends here yesterday and had some great food. The service was great as we didn't know exactly what we wanted. We ended up getting the family meal for 6 to 8. Excellent smoke flavor on the ribs, turkey, and brisket. Great beans, coldslaw. The Mac and cheese was okay. They also had a good banana pudding. Great place to for so m e real good Texas barbeque.

It's Texas bbq, look up what that consists of so you know what your getting into. This place is a Texas bbq joint, they serve it. If you like dickies or famous Dave's you won't like this place. Foods still great, the staples are always consistently good and it's awesome he mixes it up with different specials weekly, there open prime time weekend rush so nothings there m-w. Mac n cheese is beyond awesome as well!

Have been waiting to try this and was not disappointed! Delicious food and friendly service. We had the pork belly, brisket, baked beans, Mac n cheese, and potato salad. All of it was flavorful. The brisket was tender and juicy. The owner also stopped at tables to ask how things were. All around a great experience.

We wanted to like this place more than we did. Unfortunately both of our meets were really pretty dry, which was quite a bummer because it took away from the flavors. We also got a banana pudding which was really great. The staff was so friendly as well.

Wow! This is Texas bbq! I got the pork belly and brisket and the beans, potato salad and Mac and cheese! Wow those beans and Mac and cheese are sooo goood. Just devourful! The pork and brisket were cooked just right and tasted amazing with the bbq sauce! So juicy and tender! The place is a small bbq joint and I like the decor. But best of all, you can't have Texas bbq without Big Red! They have Big Red! So this is legit!!!!!! I was in heaven!!!! Our cashier was so nice and prob does not realize how much Big Red makes a difference for BBQ. I explained how Big Red is so amazing haha. Anyways I will be back for more bbq! ... and Big Red.... So worth it!

Pork Belly and Mac&Cheese for me, and Brisket and Potato Salad for my wife.

So this recommendation came from erika.taste.test on instagram. My wife and decided to try a new spot for BBQ today and were pleasantly surprised with our choice. The Outside -the restaurant is on main street in Marysville, WA. It is very unassuming and looks exactly like a place where you want to eat (a hole in the wall). The weirdest thing is that this place has been here for ten years! TEN YEARS!!!! How is possible that this place has been here that long without me knowing about it? The Inside - the first thing that struck me is how much bigger it is than we expected. You have to order at the counter, so if you like to be doted on I don't suggest you come here. There is a good selection of meats and sides. The Staff - didn't have a lot of interaction with staff, but the little we did have was pleasant. The Drinks - ok, so we didn't notice the teas until we had completed our orders and were walking g away with them and our sodas...we'll have to come back and try them - oh darn! The Food - my wife ordered the brisket with a side of potato salad . I ordered pork belly with a side of Mac and cheese. The pork was incredible! To my surprise the Mac and cheese was amazing, probably the best I've had. The presentation was average, but neither here nor there. The brisket was also good as was the potato salad. Overall - I highly recommend this place drive out of your way if you must. Remember that Jeffs can and does sell out. Side Note - Jeff (the proprietor) came out and spoke with us a bit about his journey. He told us that he love to collaborate with local farms, and breweries. We will be coming back to try other dishes from the menu. Happy Eating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The Website has no mention of beef ribs. Some reviews say it's a Sunday only offering. Does anyone know for sure? I think the brisket is worth the drive but if beef ribs are sometimes available I'd try for those too.

Beef ribs are available as a special only, usually on a Saturday or Sunday. Follow us on our social media channels for the latest updates.

I love this place, but I would like to know if you guys can make some Corn Bread and sweet & tangy Bake Beans?

We ordered the 4 Meats and 4 Sides Meal for 4 to 6 plus 2lbs of Pork Ribs. See our pictures to see what we picked up. We liked how the items were separated with foil. Hot items were hot and cold items were cold, as expected. We were asked if we needed plastic ware or plates, which we did not. They still put in plenty of napkins and some wet wipes. The food? Pork Spare Ribs - 5 - Nice smokey flavor and very tender. Really didn't need sauce but we had plenty of mild and spicy on hand. Links - 5 - Good textures and excellent flavors. They gave us both flavors because they had run out of the one we ordered. Yay for us! Chicken Thighs - 5 - Thick, meaty, juicy thighs. Tri-tip - 5 - Very tender. Beef Brisket - 4 - I forgot to ask for "Juicy" and some of our slices were on the drier side. That's my bad. Smashed Potato Salad - 5 - Excellent! Cole Slaw - 5 - As expected. Cowboy Caviar - 5 - I don't remember trying this before so I don't know how it compares to that of others, but we liked it just fine. Would we order it again? Maybe but I missed having Mac & Cheese too. Collards - 4 - Tender but a tad salty on the back end for me. We had plenty of leftovers after dinner, so we boiled some asparagus, toasted some Hawaiian Rolls, fried some eggs, air fried some hash browns and reheated some of the meats for breakfast. Mmmm!

The baked bean are really good. Simple, no added ingredients. The coleslaw, Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes were all fine. Not bad, nothing fancy, just classic style. Their sweet tea is really really sweet! It's good, but sugar overload. I'd say overall it's a decent place, especially for the price. The 2 meat plate was around $19 and the 3 meat plate was around $21, and that includes 2 sides. Just check your order before leaving to make sure you actually got everything you paid for... We ordered the kimchi pancake, short rib soup with potatoes and glass noodles, and fried beef brisket (spice level 2/4). The kimchi pancake was overly breaded and tasted like it had been fried in reused oil. The short rib soup was the safest dish of the night, but the beef was still chewy rather than tender, the glass noodles were minimal, and the broth was extremely salty with a noticeable MSG-like taste. The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high ratings.

Last Saturday, our cashier was a young blonde female and she genuinely seemed miserable. An incredibly unwelcoming presence and that followed with similar service by the rest of the staff. It was odd given the very minimal interactions most people probably have with the staff to begin with. The food is good. If you want a burger and fries and some huge onion rings, this is your place. It's not an out of this world burger and definitely not a place I'd recommend because of the food itself but the atmosphere. It's really what makes this restaurant so fun. It wasn't the food and definitely not the customer service for me. It was the atmosphere. Therefore, I probably won't go back. Food service is one of the hardest jobs in my opinion and I don't want to ever take my family and friend back to a place where I felt like an inconvenience just ordering my food. Disappointing and at the same time, check it out. Maybe it'll be different when you go. I'm hoping so!
