The resturant is nice and clean. I kept hearing about Galbi all week. The lady working the register was very welcoming. We ordered and before we knew it our food was at the table and I must say it smelled good and I couldn't wait to dig in. First, let me tell you the 6 spice fries, they were nice. They were nice. They were nice. You gotta get. Then, for my burger, I ordered the bacon cheeseburger Galbi and it was amazing. It was so juicy, the bacon was good. I don't know what to say it just has a different taste, a very good taste. A MUST TRY WHEN IN THE AREA

Happy to report it's still just as delicious!!! We got the chicken (both spicy and original), onion rings, French fries, and a couple of burgers. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and absolutely ,mouthwateringly delicious. Also - the Stubborn sodas are ridiculously tasty. It's clean, fresh, fast, and the service is always wonderful. If you don't like sauce or flavor just stay away.

Not every day someone puts kimchi on a burger. But that's just what Galbi Burger did for me. The burger was definitely a different experience. Fell apart on me a little, but the kimchi provided a nice kick. The spiced fries were a nice touch too, I recommend them! Food was fresh and the service is great. I'll be back!

The food here is amaziiiiiing. So full of flavors. The loaded garlic cheesy fries are the best I've ever had!! They're heavy on the garlic. The bulgogi burger was perfectly umami, but if you get spicy Mayo be ready for it to be truly spicy not a few little dabs of sriracha. Lots of parking, friendly staff, super delicious!

We stopped by around 1pm on a Sunday, and to our surprise, it wasn't busy at all. Service was quick and friendly, the interior was clean including the bathroom! The food? Absolutely delicious. We tried the Cheese Galbi burger, the Jalapeño Blast, and a large order of regular fries. The burgers were huge. The patties were juicy, flavorful, and the buns were fluffy and soft. The fries, unfortunately, were a bit too salty for my taste and didn't quite live up to the rest of the meal. I really enjoyed the Stubborn Soda they carry. I went with the Black Cherry with Tarragon...amazing! Price-wise, it felt totally worth it. Honestly, I've spent more at McDonald's and didn't walk away nearly as happy. All in all, this is easily one of the best burger spots in the north end--definitely worth a detour if you're nearby!

Late posting this review was sitting in my drafts for way too long. Best burger I've ever had! The meat is so flavorful and juicy. Fresh ingredients/toppings. Never misses! Everyone I've taken has enjoyed and become a Galbeliever!

Mushroomly Burger, Korean iced coffee, fries with 6 spice and onion rings.

This place is great. Just keep in mind, a galbi burger has an almost-teriyaki-like flavored meat. It is awesome. The mushroom burger is the best ever. However, every burger comes with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato. I leave off the grilled onions. Too much items on one burger for me but this makes it perfect. Their 6 spice is an amazing seasoning on the fries or onion rings. They even gave us some to take home. Try the Korean iced coffee. So creamy and good. Yum

Went to Galbi Burger for a quick lunch because I have heard a lot of good things about them. Great spot!! Very good beer selection, or cane sugar sodas on fountain if you would like. Also a cooler full of bottled brand name beverages if that is more to your liking. I had the Jalapeno Blast burger and it was delicious. Just the right amount of spicy heat that you feel but does not over power the taste, along with a shared order of the large spicy fries which we both very much enjoyed. The burgers are huge so keep that in mind when you go! Very clean family friendly dining area. We will definitely be going back to try more in the menu.

    Galbi burger with fries

Galbi burger opened up in Smokey point so I had to try it for dinner at work. I've heard the hype but never partook until now. I ordered take out, Person taking the order was quick, the meal was ready in ten minutes so in my book that is quick for a place with no drive thru window. When I entered the place was clean but uh.... It's supposed to be a Korean American fusion joint. So where's the Korean dude? Or even the white boy!?! A little bit of a sticker shock at paying 20 bucks for a burger fries and drink, but the food itself was good. An obviously home made patty that was almost a smash burger. Good flavor on it but the meat patty fell apart and kept wanting to fall out of my burger. The fries needed salt but were nice and crispy. All in all I'd come back, maybe try something else there

I happened to hear Galbi Burger is super trending these days so we made a road trip from Seattle all the way up to Mt. Vernon and Anarcotes so we could stop in Arlington to try out the Galbi Burger. Galbi Burger is located very close to the I-5 highway so it is a very ideal location to make a quick stop to take a rest and grab a bite to eat.  There are plenty of parking spaces for customers in front of the restaurant. We ordered two Galbi burgers from the Classic Galbi menu.  The staff was super friendly and asked us what kind of toppings we wanted for the burgers.  They offer many toppings to choose from but we asked for all as we are not too picky. We paid at the register upon ordering the food, and the staff served the food to our table.  They seemed to make the burger as soon as the order came through so it took about 7 minutes for us to get the order.  It was definitely fast enough for the freshly-made burger. After having one bite of the Galbi burger, I couldn't stop smiling because of the full flavor of Galbi taste.  It was unbelievably amazing!  The patty was very tender and juicy with galbi marination.  The bun itself was unique with softness.  The burger tasted even better with their fresh vegetable toppings.  The portion of the burger was big enough to fill my stomach without fries but I do want to try out their special loaded fries such as Kimchi fries next time.  I also think the rice or salad can be a good alternative to the burger bun because the galbi patty can go well with almost anything. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and most importantly, the burger is fantabulous.  I can assure you that you will never regret making a stop in Arlington for Galbi burger.  And I will definitely come back anytime soon on my way north.

    Boneless spicy crispy chicken
    Dazzle R.

YUMMMAAAAYYY!!! I dont think you can go wrong with any burger choice but we ordered the Garlic Madness deluxe burger with spicy fries, the Boneless Crispy Chicken with spicy seasoning, and the Jalepeño Blast deluxe burger with onion rings (not pictured). They do not mess around with loading up these burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, and galbi goodness! The bun is pillowy soft and fresh, unlike any other burger I've had. Keep in mind that these are galbi burgers so the patties are marinated in galbi sauce making it somewhat sweet. It is a walk up order and self seating situation, but they do bring your order to your table on trays if you're dining in. Seating was plentiful with both low table booths as well as high tables. They carry Pepsi product brand Stubborn Soda advertised as artificial ingredient free. Nonetheless, palate appealing! Many customization options for ordering, from fries or onion rings, to regular or spicy, and a choice of dipping sauce (so many to choose from)! Grab extra napkins and maybe a knife to cut the burgers in half, but know that the messy eating is well worth it!

Jalapeño Blast Burger and spicy fries. Delicious!
    Dave G.

Wow! This place is a hidden gem that serves up some amazing burger options! We had the Jalapeño Blast burger with spicy fries, and a Bacon Chees Galbi Burger both were huge and delicious! There are several other burgers that I want to try, including chicken. They also have bowls, loaded fries, and other sides. Additionally, they have a couple beers on tap, plus canned beers available. And if you don't want a beer, they have shakes and soft drinks of course! The service tonight was amazing! The person taking our order was very friendly and explained the menu for us. She also brings it out to the table when it's ready. The inside is clean, well organized, and inviting. Come in and check it out if you haven't been here before! I will definitely be back for more!

We ordered the kimchi pancake, short rib soup with potatoes and glass noodles, and fried beef brisket (spice level 2/4). The kimchi pancake was overly breaded and tasted like it had been fried in reused oil. The short rib soup was the safest dish of the night, but the beef was still chewy rather than tender, the glass noodles were minimal, and the broth was extremely salty with a noticeable MSG-like taste. The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high ratings.

I actually ended up coming here 2 days in a row because I was in the area with some friends coming back from the Tulip gardens and I wanted to show them the place though the line was much longer the second day. I think the BBQ is good, the pork ribs are better than the brisket imo and the sauces are okay. We tried 4/6 and ranked are: 1 - Cole slaw 2 - Mac & Cheese - this is a bit on the runny side but works well with dipping the bread in the sauce 3 - Potato salad 4 - Brisket Baked Beans We didn't try the brisket chili nor the creamed corn. ~~Parking: It's located at the end of a strip mall and there's plenty of parking though the lines are a bit faded and it's not the most even so both times we ended up parking closer to the Subway side but it's not difficult to find. ~~Service: Good. Most of the wait is just because you order and wait for your food prior to paying for it & finding your seat compared to how most restaurants you order and they bring the food to you which is a model that I would have preferred but I guess this one works well for this place because I was wanting to try their daily special of the hot link but the person right in front of me ordered the last one. After paying it's primarily a self serve place. ~~Best Part: The sides! All the sides we had tried were good and we only ended up ordering the trays because they came with the sides and I was doing girl math. ~~Worst Part: The wait to order the second day & the fact that I saw the person in front of me order the last sausage. ~~Tips: The sides are the real star of the show, so try them! ~~Return: Yes.
