It's always a fight with the family over the spice level, because more curry paste means more flavor. What I got from Typhoon was not made with curry paste (if it was it would have had the flavor of Thai curry...) but it was NOT Thai curry. Maybe bad Chinese food pretending to be Thai? My wife had the Tom Yum Gai (soup). Very little chicken and worse flavor. She had diarrhea with an hour and a half. As a former restaurant owner I hate giving a bad review because I know how hard you work and how demoralizing it can be when you get a bad review from an, often as not, deranged customer having a bad day.
