I got charged for an inspection that involved driving the car, lifting it, and checking everywhere for it, I was told. I got charged $70 for "nothing". I drove down the road and eventually pulled into a shop that checked it for free and found the specific issues within 15 minutes. They even gave me a price estimate and were nice about it, too. I cannot comprehend why I got charged this much for "nothing". and I honestly highly doubt anything was done about it. I was also told my vehicle would need to get worse before any flags could catch their attention. Do not let businesses cheat you out of money.

When he received the parts we ordered for replacement, he was very honest and up front about how the quality of the replacement parts did not meet his standard, and he was not ok with putting them in my vehicle. He didn't do what most mechanics do, take your car back and hide what they are doing, then come out expecting you to pay outrageous fees. He let me stay in his office while he worked on my car and popped in a few times to check on me and let know how it was going. Once he was finished, he even took me out and showed me everything he had done on my car and explained things to me. Very honest guy. I will be back if I have any more problems with my car. My car broke down more than once while I was living here, and if it wasn't for him, I would not have been able to get my car fixed and still go to work and class.
