Great service! Had to have my tires replaced (minor leak in one tire and the rest were worn down pretty bad) and got me in a day after calling at my indicated price range! Had an issue where I couldn't get back in time to pay before they closed so they worked with me; took my payment over the phone (at my request) and placed my keys in an accessible area so I could pick up my vehicle. Will definitely be using them again!!! read more

We had a problem with our truck when a belt on a tire separated while passing through town. Lucky for us, we pulled off at the Vance exit and found our guardian angels at Vance Tire & Alignment. The staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful in getting our tire changed to the spare and we were on our way in record time! Did I mention we were pulling a 35 ft fifth wheel RV! The staff is always friendly and I never worry about them trying to take advantage of me, being a single woman, by "fixing" things that aren't actually broken. Anytime I have needed a new part or new tires, they have showed me what was wrong and explained why it needed to be fix/replaced. When I needed new tires, they gave me a list of different tires that ranged in price so that I was able to choose the ones that fit my budget. read more

My son went in for some work and was not satisfied with the job when it was completed. He tried to speak with them 2 times both times calmly, and he was treated as though he was acting violently or as if he didn't deserve the customer service that everyone else has talked about on this page. They could not resolve the problem because they supposedly don't have the correct tool to fix it. I am very disappointed and I will not be using their business in the future. read more

What kind of shade tree mechanic can't fix what they messed up in the first place. Not to mention it being an easy fix.

I got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere on I-20 and called this shop up to see if they could help me. These people were awesome. They found me a used tire w similar wear to the other tires on my car and fixed it within a half hour. They were so welcoming and polite after our ordeal. 10/10 would recommend and would go back if I'm ever in this area. read more
