Today I forgot to give him his supplements and his bath (with a new employee that doesn't know him) didn't go so well. I also forgot to give him his supplements during his previous bath and he did just fine. I was told today that he could not return to this location for grooming services unless he has a prescribed calming medication. I needed this to happen because who better to service my own dog baby than me. There's a reason I'm sure why the turnover rate there is high and they can't keep groomers!!
