The owners of this store are terrible, not surprised its closing. We received gift cards from this location when our baby was born. We tried to shop here on 2 occasions. The first time we were buying a chair, once we went to use the gift cards to pay the price some how changed so we walked out. The second time was only bc it said the store was closing and everything was 50% off. We figured we better use the gift cards before they don't exist anymore. Once we went to pay again, since we were using gift cards we had to pay full price and the 50% off was no longer valid. Yet again we walked out! Will not give these people anymore money. These are bad people, they took the money for the gift cards from family and friends and want an extra fee when you go and pay. It's just bad business and I am not surprised they are closing down. read more

I ordered a customized gift & didn't want the sports emblem. After telling me it can absolutely be done without I place my order. After it was picked up and given as a gift I was shocked that is was done incorrectly. When I called expecting to get an apology and a replacement of the item, I was rudely told that that's the way it comes. When I explained I never would have ordered it and was told otherwise. The response was rude dismissive and I have to say the most unprofessional people to do business with. They lost a customer "many of us" for good. Came here with my mother and 4 month old daughter looking for a mobile and wooden letters. We weren't greeted and the two women working just went on with their conversation about weight watchers. My mom asked the price of one thing and the blonde woman threw out a number of $135 and then we asked the price of another and she gave a similar number. My mom made a joke that $130 dollars was the lucky number and the associate rudely replied "not really but, you can go play it" and then went back to her conversation. The store is cute and has adorable things but nothing you can't find other places or on Etsy for much cheaper and from people happy to have your business. They lost out on a good sale from us but I would rather not spend my money paying rude people their salary! read more

Not sure what store the other reviewers went to, but this is a high end store that makes custom children's furniture. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Everything is custom and one of a kind. I went here to buy a present for my cousin and its the most unique and nicest present she got! I'll absolutely go back as my friends start to have kids. read more

I would give them a negative rating if I could. The attitude and rudeness of the people who work there is beyond understanding. I have never in my life been treated so rudely for no reason. When I was last in No one asked to help, no one cared. I was in so many words told to stop browsing and if I wanted to continue to go look online. They have nice items, no doubt. But they are way over priced on every single thing in the store. There are 2 other similar stores within 5-10mins of Woodbury, better off at one of them. Was in this store today with my 2yr old son. We were the only customers in the store. There were 3 people working. I walked around the store for approx. 5 minutes, and was completely ignored. No greeting, no form of acknowledgement. I will never go into this place of business again, and would never recommend anyone else to based on their poor service. After telling my husband about the experience I had, he came back to the store with me, and came to learn that 1 of the 3 employees was the owner. read more

This store is very unfriendly and we had a very racist experience. Employees did not even say hello when we walked in and when I mentioned that all they had to say was hello to me and my kid, the employee completely ignored me. It's odd that 3 people woking there did not see me and my child. Please don't return here if you don't want a horrible experience. Went to spoiled rotten today and the owner and staff were extremely friendly and very helpful this store is a must for all grandparents and-mommies be. We ordered a baby crib and dresser from them and with their extensive knowledge it made it very easy for us. We would definitely shop there again and again can't wait to go back soon read more

Never buying anything from here again. I've had good experiences in the past but not this time. I bought a baby gift for someone in the office that everyone was chipping in for. They charged my credit card more than they quoted over the phone and also told me it would take 2-3 weeks. Three weeks later they said that it takes 3-4 weeks. They are rude as well. No customer service. Easy enough to buy these items online now so that's what I'll do from on. read more

Horrible. I ordered a present a month ago and was told it would be ready in time for the child's birthday party and they just called to tell me no. Customer service is terrible. Incredible selection of unique and special baby gifts, kids furniture and decor; and anything can be done custom or personalized, too, which is a huge plus! When you need a gift and don't know where to start, this is the place to go. It's great to go off of a registry but these are gifts you're certain someone else won't show up with. They also have a registry option available for those expecting - apparently it'll be online soon, but when I need a gift off of someone's registry it's so easy to call and have them guide me through the choices. Everyone is so helpful and willing to bend-over-backwards to fit your needs, budget and taste. No wonder they've been around for decades! read more
