Jay at Crib Outlet was amazing! After a horrific experience dealing with another retailer, we found Crib Outlet online. I started a chat with Jay who I expected to be more of a robot than anything else only to find a knowledgeable and helpful human ready to provide photos and quotes outside of regular business hours. He helped us select our furniture and place the order. He called us the next day to take payment for half the amount due and schedule our delivery and assembly. They delivered within two weeks of our order, within the two hour window provided the day before, and assembled both the crib and dresser we ordered in under an hour. They were professional and kind. We paid the second half of the cost once the items were fully assembled to our satisfaction and in the room of our choice. I highly recommend working with these folks! read more

Buyer beware. I purchased a floor model, recliner, accessories and conversion kits from this store. First everything took way longer than they said to arrive. I had to keep calling. They wound up delivering right around my delivery date and now as we are about to convert we realized they never included one of the conversion kits we purchased. It is now discontinued and we are being told oops sorry the prior owner is no longer here and nothing we can do. Great so you scammed me out of money, talked me into this set to be used long term which I can't and now they tell me my best bet is to buy a toddler bed. How about a refund since I never received the product and can't even use it for a toddler bed now. Just stay away!!!! read more

I was a bit apprehensive to purchase our nursery set from Crib Outlet given the very few (and negative) reviews! They had a great deal on the Dolce Babi collection and we finally decided to go ahead with an over the phone purchase. They offer free delivery (we were in MA) plus $100 charge for them to set up which was more than reasonable considering the other crib stores in our area. Not only did our furniture come in on time, it was early! Took about 5 weeks and Joanne was a pleasure to work with. Furniture arrived in good shape, no issues. Delivery men were very professional. I would not even give this place 1 star! So i ordered furniture my child in October 2014 was told my delivery would be between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2014. Christmas approached and still no furniture I kept getting the run around I was then told January 2015 (my due date was in March 2015 but got moved up to Feb 2015) so now of course I am panicking I never purchased a Bassinet because we purchased this expensive crib set. Now its the first week of February and still no furniture now I'm told March or April 2015 so obviously I am beyond annoyed and so frustrated. Put in mind this is my first child and I wanted everything to be perfect!! Well I end up having my daughter Feb 23, 2015 and of course no furniture I had to have a family member rush out and buy a bassinet for me (which my daughter hated and never slept in because it was so uncomfortable) Finally in the end of March 2015 I receive my furniture. Of course my luck is that the dresser was damaged and I was told I would receive a replacement in 8 weeks (brings that to May 2015) it is now the end of August 2015 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REPLACEMENT DRESSER. read more

What a great experience! Paul at Crib Outlet is amazing. He is personable and extremely knowledgeable. He really knows the whole baby industry. He took his time with us explaining everything we needed to know from the crib to the mattress (even giving us some safety pointers along the way.) He is not your typical pushy salesman talking you into the most expensive items. Instead he explains why a less inexpensive item is the better buy. They have a huge selection and we found a few sets we loved. We finally narrowed it down to the one and placed our order. They deliver the furniture right into the room of your house, set it up for you, and remove all the garbage from packaging. If you want this service from competitors you will pay about $150 per piece of furniture! Crib Outlet does all this for one flat fee (I believe it was $100 or $150.) If you just want curbside delivery they do that for free. Paul made the whole experience so easy and the prices can't be beat! We are looking forward to our delivery day now and can't recommend Paul at Crib Outlet enough! read more

They are the worst! My story is similar to the one below. Not only was my furniture late but it came damaged. Joann is extremely nasty and Paul is no better. Terrible customer service. My sister and I both ordered our baby furniture from the Crib outlet in SINY. Joanne was the associate we talked with and Paul is the owner from what I remember. I was so happy to find a set that I liked and after negotiating, my sister and I were happy with the deal we got. The contract stated that the furniture would be delivered 8-12 weeks after the order was placed bringing it to the end of March for delivery. I thought that was perfect considering my due date was 11 weeks after the order was placed. I called and spoke with Joanne mid March to inquire about whether or not the crib/bedroom set had come in yet. She informed me at this time that the 5 drawer dresser and the changing table were in but the crib was not and wouldn't be available until the end of May. I was horrified! When asked what they are going to do for me, at first, the option to change the color of the set I chose was offered but even that wouldn't be delivered until the end of April. Of course, this didn't sit well with me. Finally after going back and forth, Joanne offered a loaner crib. I accepted as long as it was a crib that match the color of the set I was purchasing. She offered a 400$ crib when the crib I was purchasing was 700$. Needless to say, it was my only option so I accepted. I called and spoke with Paul the owner the next day to voice my unhappiness. He was apologetic and said there was nothing he could do. I asked him to take money of the balance that was owed. He said no and that he had already given me a substantial discount which in my opinion is BS to put it politely. He offered to throw in a changing pad.....BIG DEAL! Delivery was scheduled for March 18th. I called the day before to make sure things were still "on" and Joanne said yes and I would be receiving a phone call in the morning. I took a personal day for March 18th. I never received a phone call in the morning. I called at 12pm and Paul informed me of van trouble and that he would call me back in 45 min. He called 2 hours later. The window time he gave me was between 6-7 pm. Are you kidding me??? I didn't argue but bit my tongue and said OK. Well- they didn't show up until 845pm and weren't finished bringing everything in and putting the crib together until 10pm. The guys that put the crib together were the only professionalism displayed for the company. They mentioned that they weren't told by Mr. Paul Noh the window of time in which the delivery was to take place so never thought to call. Typical of the lack of communication this company displays all around. This company needs a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE. By far this is the worst customer service I have received in a long time. I expect to be compensated for poor service. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are unhelpful, uncompassionate to their customers concerns or needs, have EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS (especially in letting their paying customers know the status of their order...I literally called every time to find out info) and do not do the right thing in "making a bad situation right". Paul and Joanne need a reality check. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a formal complaint! read more

Initially my experience started off pleasant- the woman who was working in the store when I went to place my order was extremely helpful and informative. She took her time and it was a pleasure working with her, however, once my order was placed and a deposit of half the balance was made my experience with this business was nothing but a nightmare. My order was place March 12. I asked to have to furniture in May and my bill stated I would receive my furniture in 8 weeks. 8 weeks from March 12 is May 7. I was patient being that although I was told 8 weeks I wasn't given an exact date but no one from the store had called me once in that time period to confirm a delivery date and time. Around May 20 I called with concern of where my order was and when it would be delivered. I spoke with the most incompetent person I have ever encountered who brushed me off and told me he would call me back as he was unsure what had happened with my order. This person happened to be the owner. He continuously put blame on the manufacturer and the sales woman who had taken my order as she no longer was working at the store at this time. He had no explanation as to why I wasn't informed that the manufacturer allegedly was holding the order due to defects In the furniture. I went to the store in person days later because the owner of this ill ran business was still unable to give me a time frame of when I would receive my purchase. Once again the owner was an incompetent man of few words and never made any attempt to right the situation. He finally gave me an approximate delivery date of June 15- which was nearly 6 more weeks after I was originally supposed to have my order. As irritated as I was there weren't many options so I agreed. The day of the delivery I was told it would be delivered after 4:00pm. During the day they requested to deliver earlier at 3:00pm so I had to take an unpaid leave from work for 2 hours while I waited for my furniture. As aggravated as I was I was just excited to finally be able to get my nursery together. The delivery came over 45 minutes past 3:00pm. The men making he delivery were snarky and had an attitude as If they were doing me a favor. Mind you I paid an extra $100 for delivery and setup. When I requested they switch the placement of two pieces they told me they had other deliveries and couldn't not move it. As I looked over the furniture there were scratches and imperfections all over the furniture. They quality did not meet the price I paid. They wanted me to pay the remaining balance while I had to wait for them to replace one piece of the furniture and a drawer from the dresser. I refused to pay for products I was yet to receive and a delivery they had not been completed. I was terribly disappointed in my experience and would never recommend that anyone use this business. As an expectant mother this should have been a fun stress frees experience but instead it was a nightmare. Shop at your own risk. read more
