Every single experience I have had with this shop, has made it easier and easier for me to not only come back, but boast about and highly recommend to the people I care about and others who genuinely inquire about where I get my work done. The shop has won Best Of Delaware for a reason. The owners/operators is this establishment are 100% in every move they make when it comes to this business. The shop is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, most importantly clean. The art that flows from Ed Bells hands is a force to be reckoned with. You will find many talented artists in the area, but none of them top Ed Bell, and you can't change my mind. Clean crisp lines, vivid color and stories clearly told though each piece. What I really like about getting work done by Ed, is that he's not super heavy handed - some areas of the body can be more painful for others - it varies person to person, but I've never had a level of discomfort that I couldn't tolerate. Ed is extremely caring about anyone that walks through his shop door for work - and you feel it immediately. Ive also had several piercings done by Jessica, and she's just as wonderful in her own respective trade. Precision and attention to detail is just as important, and Jessica makes me feel at ease when she's poking new holes ! I absolutely love this shop, and it's my number 1 in Slower Lower. He then sent me to another artist who unfortunately did a poor-quality job. I left feeling disrespected and upset. The second thing that threw me off was the fact that they tried to negotiate the price with me. A nose piercing should not cost $105, and I'm no idiot. They then tried to talk me into paying $70. After I finally said "I can get this cheaper at home with sterile products", the supervisor came up and asked me "how much money do you have?" He also had a very nasty attitude. The icing on the cake - he threatened to rip my contract up. I told him to "go right ahead." I will never recommend this place to anyone. The products are NOT sterile as they advertise. I work in the medical field and know what the packs look like from an ACTUAL autoclave! They have artificial ones.
