I walked in just as the shop was opening, I was immediately greeted Kindly by Gio and Adam who listened to what I needed a coverup. Adam confidently nailed the drawing! hello, on the website, it says credit cards accepted. I went in for a red rose no leafs. When he was finished, there were four leafs on my red rose. Four of us got tattoos while on vaca in Sept. I called 2 weeks before to schedule and ask lots of questions as it was going to be my 1st. All my questions were answered. Very helpful and curtious. We stopped in a day early for 2 in our party to pick out what they wanted. The guys helped out so much picking them out and helping to give suggestions on design. 2 of us already had ours picked out but planned no color They suggested a little color and we r so glad they did The staff was phenomenal. 2 of us were pretty nervous as it was our 1st. The work was amazing - the shop is super clean and the entertainment I get while there is another reason to keep going back. I now have 6 and am looking what to get next! They started by being rude on the phone and very short when I asked any questions. I still decided to give them a chance in person cause you never know I that one employee is just having a bad day and I didn't want to judge everyone. When we arrived there was barely anyone inside and they greeted us fast enough but then refused to give us the tattoo we wanted. I have had countless hours of work done all around and have never been treated like that. Don't go there read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Rudest people ever. My mom and I were supposed to get tattoos done together, but the dumb people working said my mom couldn't be next to me during it even though the day before there was a mom and daughter doing that exact thing?? We gave our deposit and got to our appointment on time but were pushed back because the person in front of us was late to their appointment. While on a family vacation my sister, my cousin and I decided to get matching tattoos. Went in on Thursday to work up the design and set the appointment for Friday morning. I didn't catch the name of the guy at the front desk but he was amazing! So helpful and nice, told us some cool spots to go to while there. Adam, our tattoo artist was so sweet and did an a great job on all three of our tattoos! Will definitely visit again when we're in the area! read more

A bachelorette party wanted to get tattoos as a spontaneous thing to do over the weekend, and we went to right coast which was such a great decision. All of the artists were amazing and drew up exactly what we wanted. My tattoo is so beautiful and they did a great job of making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I could not have picked a better place to get my second tattoo, and I will definitely be going back there to get my next one along with recommending that my friends do the same! Right coast tattoo is my only tattoo shop. I get at least 1 tattoo a year and this shop and the guys are amazing. Straight up with what they will and won't do. Honest evaluation on what they will and won't do. Always keep conversation on a professional level. Nothing is ever said or discussed that is offensive or discriminatory. Best place on the strip. Jeff is my artist and he has done everything I have ask. Please visit these guys prices are awesome shop is spotless guys are great. A must try for anyone looking for great work. When I stopped by earlier in the day, an employee said they are open until 10pm on Fridays. Google Maps also says they are open until 10pm on Fridays. When I stopped by at 8pm on a Friday, they were already closed. :( read more

We went here as a bachelorette party group. As soon as you walk in, the shop is spotless. We were greeted by super friendly artists. We told them what we wanted and they gave their honest opinions and created a perfect replica of what we wanted. My artist was Jeff. Not only was Jeff fucking awesome, but a very talented tattoo artist. He gave me a beautiful tattoo with clean lines and perfect detail. Our staff is homegrown from this area. Todd noble Has tattooed in this area for 15 years and wanted to build a Beautiful tattoo parlour near the beach that would offer The best tattoos for the hordes of beachgoers who frequent this area All year round. Built from the ground up our shop has an "open air" Tattoo environment so as soon as you walk through our doors you can witness the sites and sounds of "REAL" tattooing. Our walls are lined with thousands of designs as well as Reference books to help find that special design. We also offer a private room for Those riskè design placements.

I explained…read moreto Jimmy that I have a lot of scarring in my wrist area due to approximately 100 IVs I've received in that area over the last decade due to chronic illness and I also explained that I am neurodivergent and that I may need frequent breaks in order to process the sensation of the tattoo gun and he completely understood me and we made a plan of action. We ended up doing a pattern for the whole thing where he'd tattoo for 20 seconds and then stop for 10 seconds so I could process and then start tattooing again for 20 seconds and we repeated that until it was finished! This tattoo is super important to me as I'm a make a wish kid and my wish was to meet the band My Chemical Romance back in 2022 and for every show date of their tour they wrote something different on the drumhead and for the show I attended they wrote Bloom on the drumhead and I ended up taking it and tracing it so he would have a clear reference image to work from and we ended up listening to their music during the process which was a really nice distraction from the pain and anxiety that I had when it first started since I didn't know what to expect but Jimmy walked me through everything and was extremely patient with me through the whole thing and made sure to ask for my consent and permission before he started tattooing during every single break we took which was incredibly helpful for me and I will definitely be coming back in the future! Thank you for being incredibly patient with me and accommodating and making my first tattoo an amazing experience to commemorate the night I fought so hard for!

So, David found out I was from Memphis, TN, and he does have a plausible theory on what happened to Elvis Presley. My wife, who was with me, told him about how her father was a retired MFD lieutenant and was there the night....of "Elvis' death." So me and my girl legit JUST got tattooed here yesterday (7/19/18); I got a Maryland crab and she got an owl. Y'all, it was so easy and professional from start to finish. We didn't feel like waiting with the walk-ins so we made an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday with no hassles, and we were pain-in-the-a** customers too because we didn't know exactly what we wanted and they were very helpful. Our artist on Thursday was Adam Weir and I highly recommend him to whoever - he was hella cool and professional and his work came out great. I also dig that Adam took the extra time at the end to go over the entire tattoo and add a little shading here or color there whereas some shops will just kick you out the door as soon as it's "finished". Bro, they even let us know we had overpaid them at the end because I'm terrible with math and suck at counting. Overall, 10/10. Considering how high prices in Baltimore are (and the subpar quality of artist), we're considering driving out to OC whenever we need new tattoos. Y'all, go here. Also, as a side note for the CUSTOMERS, not the shop: this is a tattoo shop, not a boardwalk bar. No, you can't come in drunk and get a tattoo. No, you can't have a service dog sitting directly next to open wounds. No, you can't act like an a**hat and expect to sit there being a dou*** canoe for two hours while getting tattooed. Respect your shop so it can take care of you y'all, lmao. read more

Great staff! My mom and were walk ins and there were able to take both of us immediately. Adam did a script font for my mom on the inside of her foot, and I believe Jeff tattooed a mermaid on the inside of my ankle. My body decided to give out on me about 20 mins in to my tattoo, and I passed out, not from pain, I repeat NOT FROM PAIN. Happens more frequently then people realize due to the over stimulation of so many senses at once causing anxiety. I was able to ask Jeff to take a break before going completely out, he responded very quickly with wet paper towels, ammonia inhalant, he had me awake and ready in seconds. As my pride was hurt more than anything Jeff made me feel better by saying he himself passes out on occasion while being tattooed, gave me a lollipop and continued tattooing. I can't thank Jeff enough for the tattoo and care he gave me while in the shop. I am extremely happy and will return in a heartbeat!! read more

Went in with a few buddies of mine while we were at the beach and hate to say i was extremely disappointed. I overheard one customer simply ask one of the "artists" what he would have priced his tattoo if he were to have gotten it at Right Coast. The artist glances at the tat and says "200, and it would have been a whole lot better." Keep in mind that this customer was an 18 or 19 year old kid who could have sent this skinny a-hole to the hospital. This is but one example of which i have plenty more. Simply said, their stuck up, snobby, and condescending attitudes and tones made me want to pay these guys to NOT tattoo me. I have no doubt that their talent is immense, but the lack of customer service and good nature turned this great looking shop into a hostile environment full of little dick's. Makes me never want to step foot in their shop again. read more

I always have a wonderful experience every time I go to Right Coast Tattoo. Everyone there is very friendly, personable, honest and will make sure that you're getting the piece you want, sometimes even better then what you originally had in your head. I got a very personal piece done that was in tribute to my Father and Jeff really took the time to make sure that it matched my dad's hand writing perfectly and changed some of the letters just so over time it wouldn't warp. It's a tattoo that I will always cherish along with everything else I've gotten done from there. I've brought family and friends with me as well and they've all left with pieces they love as well. I always recommend them to people and am always getting compliments on my tattoos. Love them and I'll always go to them for future pieces! read more

NAZI symbol. SWASTIKA tattoo on the ceiling. I went back to Right Coast because I enjoyed my first two tattoos I got with them. Well. For my second trip I was positioned on my back staring up at the ceiling while Adam did my tattoo in the middle booth. Hanging on the ceiling was a picture of a man with a lot of tattoos. One of them being a swastika. A Nazi symbol. Adam had already started the tattoo. I wanted to walk out and should have. I regret not walking out. Because now I have two tattoos with memories of that terrible experience. I emailed RCT to inform them that I wasn't happy with my experience. That they should take down the image. That was over 2 weeks ago without a reply. If you're okay supporting Nazis you should go get your tattoo done at RCT. My son is Jewish. I will never go back. read more

Great first experience!! Never had a tat before, but have wanted one for a long time. Colin at the front counter was approachable and professional; the store is spotless and extremely well maintained (and being an RN, I know what clean should be). I told them what I wanted and gave Adam some ideas - his final rendering was spot on! We did some last minute shading ideas and went to work. The final product is amazing - it looks great, is exactly what I wanted and I am totally planning my next couple of tattoos. I did this one while on vacation at Assateague Island, however if the guys come up to Richmond, Va for the The Tattoo Arts Festival in November, I will be there to showcase Adam's work and get another Tat done. The friendly staff at Right Coast service the ocean city Maryland area year round for locals and tourists alike. Check them out. They can do walk ins or book appointments also. They have tons of designs to choose from or can also come up with sophisticated custom designs suited to each individual customer. Big or small they do it all. Adam and Jeff are there full time and the owner Todd is there one to two weeks a month. If you like classic tattooing in an old fashioned tattoo parlour then Right Coast is your place. Moral of the story I was getting tattooed I left my Vape sitting on the table right near the door it was a bad idea. A group of 10 walked in getting tattoos somebody stole my Vape.I was ready to rip somebody's head off. The artist and the owner calm you down. The owner told me his friend owned a Vape shop. And he would send me one. I thought this guy was bullshitting just to make me feel better but sure enough about two months later he sent me my same exact Vape and more this guys a man of his word and does very good business. I stopped into Right Coast to make an appointment and go thru all the formalities that go with getting a tattoo. I was on vacation but was treated just like I was a local boy walking thru the door. They were curteous and very knowledgable. Two days later I spent a few hours with Todd Noble and left with an absolutely fantastic piece of artwork on my body. Awesome. I've gotten a tattoo here and bought piercings. The guys are so nice and accommodating. I came in as a walk in unsure of what I want and everyone helped me select something that I am proud of today. Solid line work and coloring, it still looks as bright today as it did last year. I'm a little bit of a baby when it comes to tattoos and my artist was patient and took it easy on me. So clean and reasonably priced. Frequent the shop more than a few times for my tattoos. My best friend also gets hers here. Clean, fun people, and reasonably priced! I ask for Jeff, he drew up both my tatts that I had a hard time explaining what I wanted. The first drawings are always, exactly how I envisioned it. I got my 3rd tattoo here and they did a great job! I got 2 hibiscus flowers on my side......and it hurt! I was ok for the most part but Jeff (the tattoo artist) was really awesome and very patient with me. My tattoo looks great! My husband also got an old school Sailor Jerry tattoo from Chico. I was not told to bring hair nor is it listed to bring hair on the website. I spoke with the owner days in advance before my appointment. The hair is extremely heavy and not what I asked for. Before I paid, the owner, Dr. Leshell M Dennis looked at the back of my head and took photos of it herself. She saw exactly what my hair looked like. When I reached out afterward, she admitted in her messages that she knew it was the wrong style. She was fully aware before she ever accepted my money. When I requested a refund, I was only offered a redo, which I declined and was ignored by the owner. Please do your research before booking here.
