I was only there to pick up food, so there isn't much I can complain. I went during a slow day, so the food came out in just around 10 minutes, and the flavors taste the same as I remembered. Their tomato sauce is flavorful and rich, and the portion sizes are HUGE. I usually get the eggplant parmesan, but this time, I got the chick parm instead, and there's probably two servings in one platter. The chicken parm is seasoned well with Italian seasoning, and it's not bland at all. Not only are the portions are huge, but we also get probably two garlic knots per plate, so you will not be leaving hungry if you're dining in. Highly recommend! read more

Our midday meal was outstanding today. I am always looking for sausage and peppers when I am seeking an Italian meal. Very few restaurants seem to have it on the menu. Last week I took a group of 4 ladies to the Lawrenceville Road location for lunch. What a disappointment!! 2 of us had the eggplant parm & 2 the chicken parm. The marinara sauce was not what it used to be & was not worth the calories to eat it. Please fix whatever is broken & bring back Bonnie's recipes. Ambiance: None. The decor is plain sports bar cookie cutter with fake flowers (?!). Also, not sure why there is a bar because it doesn't feel inviting at all, similar to Northlake. I'm no interior designer but it bothers me immensely. Service: Staff is very nice. Gabriel was attentive and friendly. Food: The garlic knots were disappointingly not garlicky, not browned on top, and also needed salt. Entries are enormous and you wonder why they giving away such portions and if they are making any money off of it. The large mirrors always throw me off, but they're so beautiful! We were fortunate this visit to catch them when it was empty - though it wasn't for long, as a few more tables were seated after us! Tonight's delights were a pepperoni pizza for the teenager, blackened fettuccini Alfredo, and chicken parmigiana. My husband enjoyed a fantastically crafted espresso martini. The service and food is always top notch. It's one of my favorite go to places for delicious itialian dishes.

Garlic rolls were way bigger than I expected. Online it said an order was 3 but this came with 6. They were also dry, I had to dip them in the sauce from my chicken cannelloni. I had the cannelloni with mixed sauce & it was good. My son had the kids pizza with chicken and cheese (he didn't like the chicken but I thought it tasted good). The portions are a good size for me so I'll be eating leftovers. Overall, it was worth the try and I'll go back to try other menu items. This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The manager, Lucy Sordo, was unbelievably rude and dismissive when we tried to address a serious issue. Her attitude was condescending and completely unprofessional--she made it clear she didn't care about our concerns. But here's the real nightmare: all four of us got food poisoning after eating here. Within hours, we were violently ill--vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, the works. It completely ruined our weekend and left us sick for days. When we called the restaurant to inform them, hoping they'd take some accountability or at least show concern, we were met with total indifference. Lucy actually hung up on us. This place is a health hazard, and the management is even worse. Avoid it at all costs. There are plenty of great Italian spots around--this is not one of them. read more

As an assistant, I found them reliable and crowd favorite for catering - I could never go wrong ordering from them. I recently went to this location in Lilburn and was just as impressed that they maintained their standards and quality. I went during lunch time and was able to be seated right away, the hostess and server were very attentive. Then came the food - all the cheesiness and creaminess of an Italian dish that I was hoping for. And the garlic knots had not changed a bit! If it's not broke, why fix it? This place provided some good delivery recently from DoorDash. Everything was fresh and presented well. The spinach gorgonzola salad was a nice blend of salty and sweet - salty with the cheese, sweet with the craisins. The dressing was a little bland, but it actually went well with the salad for the most part (sort of an oil based dressing). I would get this salad again. The calamari was nice and fresh - very flavorful. It tasted almost like they seasoned it with lemon pepper seasoning. A bit salty, but definitely better than bland in my book. The marinara also tasted homemade and had more flavor than most marinara sauces I've had. It was a good dish, and I was happy to have my calamari cooked properly, unlike how some places serve it chewy and rubbery or soggy and greasy. These were just right. The mini cannoli were a great way to end the meal. It's only the second time I've had cannoli, but these were great. Nice and crispy, yet creamy. I would definitely like to try more menu items from Bambinelli's. I appreciate the care they put into my meal. read more

It looks nice in here. It has the vibe of a New York Italian restaurant with a bit of Southern twist. I have never had chicken piccata with mushrooms. It's not traditional however it does take the edge off the tartness of this lemon and chicken dish. The bread pudding was wonderful the best I have had in a while. Chicken Parmigiana sandwich; asked for no bread. Well, It was on bread and I had to scrape the meat and cheese off to eat it. However, the meat was so dry and tough (no doubt, heated in microwave when ordered), I could barely cut it with a steak knife. We all know meat from a microwave is like cardboard.
