Horrible I went there and got burnt Cinnabon will be returning!! The girl who is working at the counter was so rude I call back to let them know about the burnt Cinnabon and her response was what do you want me to do....

I received the following Cinnabon within 20 mins of ordering online. I called the store and asked how long these were sitting out and one of the workers answered it was out for 2 hrs. I said "well I'm coming up there to get a fresh one, this is unacceptable" only to be told "I can't do that...we don't make them fresh unless we run out" I overlooked the fact that they got part of my order wrong to begin with but this is really unacceptable. The icing wouldn't even melt when microwaved which leads me to believe they're lying about the time

The beef and cheese sandwich that I received didn't compare to the one in the menu photo.

I'm sure this place is typically great but not for me. Ordered a southwestern chicken salad and it was just all lettuce. Disappointing.

I must say, however, that they are different from what I get at the Cinnabon store.

Made with Love! If you are looking for an incredible…read moresandwich, you have to try Sub of Subs in Duluth,Ga. My son and I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Everything about my sandwich was top-tier--the veggies were incredibly fresh, and the bread was absolutely delicious. You can truly tell that the food is made with love. To top it off, the french fries were perfect: nice and golden, crispy, and beautifully brown. Beyond the delicious food, the environment is exceptionally clean, and everyone working here was so welcoming and pleasant. I highly recommend this delicious restaurant. Give them a try--you definitely won't regret it!

It's... okay, I guess…read more I ordered online (mistake #1). I picked it up about 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready (mistake #2). And I was encouraged by all the great reviews, so I ignored the not-so-great ones (mistake #3). I really wanted to like this place, but the sandwich just didn't meet expectations. For $15+, I expected a pretty substantial cheesesteak. I assumed "half" and "whole" meant something close to 6" and 12". Apparently not. The "whole" was more like 8 inches. And when we're talking about meat, size matters. Unfortunately, it wasn't just short, it wasn't exactly packed either. The amount of meat on the hoagie roll was disappointing for the price. But the bigger issue was the flavor. A Philly cheesesteak should be juicy, cheesy, beefy, messy, and full of flavor. This one was just... bland. Both the meat and cheese seemed to be missing that classic cheesesteak punch, and the sandwich definitely wasn't juicy. Could picking it up 10 minutes late have hurt it a little? Sure. I'll own that. But I don't think 10 minutes explains the size, the amount of meat, or the lack of flavor. For me, it really comes down to value. If the whole sandwich was $10? Maybe. If $15 got me the sandwich, fries, and a drink? Maybe. But for what I got, how it tasted, and what I paid, the math just didn't work. I went in hoping I'd found a great cheesesteak spot. Alas, this one just didn't meet the basic expectations.

They had free samples of a pound cake the day I was in & I was really impressed with how good it tasted for it just being a pound cake so I knew I wanted to get this for my in-laws. When I came back the next week to purchase the pound cake they didn't have any of the pound cake or cronuts in. The gentlemen that was working that evening checked and saw that 1 pound cake was ordered to be delivered the next morning so I asked if I could pay in advance and pick it up the next morning. The next morning I called and my pound cake was in and set aside for me and the store had cronuts in as well so the lady was kind enough to put some aside for me. When I came to pick up my order one of the girls was telling me about their banana nut cake so I got that for my FIL. The customer service from both staff was great. Great tasting cakes, cookies, cronuts and deli sandwiches. There's not one thing that we've tried here that we didn't like. I wish it wasn't so good because now my husband keeps asking when am I getting more cronuts.

This isn't my first time getting Be Banh Mi, but my first time at this location. I ordered to go and picked up via DoorDash. Unfortunately, some choices run out close to the end of the day, but the sandwiches were still good. This particular location has also sugarcane juice and you can get it without flavorings. I had ordered a bunch of options and ultimately, this place is ok to me. Don't get me wrong, their ingredients are fresh for sure, but the flavors were just ok to me. Some sandwiches were surprisingly spicy because of the jalepeno which was no bueno for my kids who are spice virgins. I thought I had ordered non-spicy options. Again, lots of banh mi shops in the area to try. Be Banh Mi was solid.

The more adventurous eaters will go for the bun bo hue because there is a lot more complexity to it. And then you have the banh mi. A marriage of traditional Viet flavors mingled w/ the French flair of the baguette but with Be Banh Mi, there is an additional twist that I think is just ingenious. First off, you will fight for parking so bite the bullet and walk Second the interior. One of the most spacious, under used spaces ever to be used for a sit down/take out banh mi joint. They seat roughly 20 people while the middle section is primarily used to start a line queue. The service. It's the self-service kiosk where you order and they call you by your receipt number so there's no bussing or wait staff. Now for the for banh mi. It's not that it's anything necessarily special. It's a banh mi. Your proto-typical Vietnamese ingredients from grilled pork (what I got!!!) to BBQ pork to crispy pork belly and the works! The ingredients are one in same with any place that specializes in banh mis. What sets this place apart is that they offer the stick version of the traditional banh mi. Yes!!!! The stick version. Banh mi is traditionally served in a toasted buttered French baguette loaf that acts like a submarine sandwich open hot dog bun style then all the ingredients are shoved in the opening then wrapped up for you to open and enjoy. The stick version however is a long, thin, yet equally buttery, flaky, soft bun but it's almost a foot long and thin but they don't skimp on the flavors of the banh mi! That's what makes this place so interesting and worth visiting time and time again. Plus the price is so affordable for a banh mi. The traditional banh mi's run you at $6 per sandwich. The stick version runs you at $5. Between the two versions, you're looking at roughly a $12-$14 with tax. It's such a fantastic deal for something as filling as banh mi can be and between the two versions of banh mi, you will be satisfied! Highly recommend for a good banh mi!
