Amazing! Driving through on a road trip and stopped at this Asian restaurant for dinner based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Just walking in we were pleased based on the pleasant atmosphere. Then the hostess was extremely attentive and happy, she was extremely kind with our kids. We ordered a variety of Thai dishes which came out fast and tasted delicious. There's a lunch buffet, Chinese dishes, and Sushi too, though we only ordered Thai dishes this time around. The chef came out personally to take our orders and make sure our food was perfect. Overall this is an amazing restaurant in the area and we would definitely come again! read more

In town on business and This place is exactly what you would expect. The food was pretty decent, nothing was amazing. But nothing was uneditable either. I think I tried almost everything on the buffet. And I liked the curry combo, the black pepper beef, and the potstickers. I did not care for the sweet-and-sour pork, the steamed fish or the eggrolls.. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food on the buffet was replaced in a timely manner. I was so surprised to find a fantastic Chinese restaurant in Sterling Colorado. They have my favorite Moo Shu Pork!! The spring rolls were so good and made with fresh ingredients. We did take out so I can only say the restaurant is clean and the staff wonderful! read more

It's a magnificent place to get good authentic Chinese cuisine in sterling Colorado. They attend to your needs and answer any and all questions that you may have always fast and friendly and accommodating. And the restaurant itself is also quite lovely. Nice seating and booths, tables for large groups. If you can get in there for their all you can eat that starts at 11 and ends at two last I went you definitely should! Oh and the price is definitely decent. Worth it to say the least. read more

Ordered General Tso's chicken (w/fried rice), 4 egg rolls and 2 fresh summer rolls. Take out. Total $28.85 Service was fast and friendly. General Tso's was good. Egg rolls totally sucked, nothing but tough, shredded cabbage inside. Fresh summer rolls were absolutely enormous, biggest I've seen, however, they were oddly sweet tasting even without the peanut sauce. I didn't really like them much at all. The chefs need to google the recipe for fresh summer rolls and also egg rolls. I MAY go back but I'll not be getting egg rolls or summer rolls. Did I mention that I had a strong dislike of the egg rolls? I gave 3 stars because 2.5 is not an option. read more

Listen. You have to consider the location when reviewing this establishment. This is a Chinese buffet in Sterling Colorado, not a gourmet restaurant in San Francisco's Chinatown or downtown Seattle. I thought the buffet was well worth the price, and while some of the items weren't of my liking, I could go back and try something else. In the 30 minutes I was there, I saw them refresh a number of dishes which meant that items hadn't been sitting out all morning. I'm up in this area a couple times a year, and each time I have to stop and eat here. The staff is friendly and the service is amazing. The food, oh the food, this stop started with egg rolls and hot and sour soup. Soup was hot, full of tofu and very flavorful, the egg rolls were hot with flaky wrappers, cooked perfectly. Mongolian beef was may entrée: and oh man. Bright, colorful and amazing. Just a little char on the beef made it amazing to eat. This is a diamond in the rough!!! read more

Why anyone would give these guys more than 2 stars is beyond me. Their egg rolls were just cabbage in an egg roll shell. Hands down the worst fried rice I've ever eaten. And my mango curry chicken was weird at best. The chicken was rubbery and bland. Almost as if it wasn't real chicken meat. Hey guys before i go on with this review, i gotta let you guys know that im an employee of this restaurant..you can ignore my review if you want or read what i got to say.. thanks.. The food here is so good, I'm not just saying that.. compared to many of the Chinese and Thai restaurants I've eaten at this is one of the top places when it comes to taste... The place isn't pricey, I expect to pay about ten bucks for dinner whenever i go out to eat. the lunch special is obviously cheaper since its called "lunch special" lol.. which is prices under $7..the buffet is definitely worth trying.. there's a good variety of dishes up there and its only $7.75/adult. The hours for that is 11am - 2pm everyday.. i recommend coming before 1:45 though.. Sorry if this sounds bias cause I'm currently working there... that's y I'm not commenting on the service haha.. but if u guys haven't tried this place out..you guys have to try it out and please give us some reviews, good or bad! its a good way to help us improve and it helps give people what they want! Even as a lifelong Sterling resident, I sometimes have a hard time believing this cozy little restaurant used to be a Burger King! The decor is a bit cheesy, but seating is comfortable and welcoming. The service is always wonderful, all the servers are attentive, friendly and helpful. The lunch buffet (served from 11:00am to 2:00pm) is a great value, always packed with a variety of fresh, tasty selections. Lunch specials and regular menu items are great as well, though I must admit I haven't tried any of the Thai menu. Great little place, I hope they stick around. read more

I read the reviews and got excited for a quick Chinese dinner on our way through town. Unfortunately the reviews are very misleading. Our soup was barely warmed. Egg rolls had only cabbage and way too much grease. And sesame chicken had such a low quality of meat I'm not sure I would call it chicken. Not too bad of food while you eat it. but later both of us were sicker than a dog. The service was minimal at best and the atmosphere was quiet. The one main issue i had with the whole experience was the price, we went during their lunch buffet at noon. Their lunch cost, according to their advertisements, $8.95 per person. There was two of us and only one of us had a soda. On the bill, they charged us almost two dollars for the drink, then the whole total came out to $22 something. read more

Yuuummmm! Thank you Yelpers for the accurate and high reviews of Bamboo Garden! Two of us staying at the first interstate motel decided to go to Bamboo Garden (even though we were told they deliver as well... Couldn't find a menu online). The restaurant was mellow on a Monday evening at 7:30. We were given wonton chips and waters right away. The menu has all sorts of Chinese and Thai dishes. Not wanting to have leftovers, we decided on a bowl of the lemongrass Tom Yum soup. It tasted incredible' the big bowl was overflowing with mushrooms and tofu! We also ordered the Mango Curry - a red curry with all sorts of veggies. We opted for more tofu (loyally supporting the valiant soybean farmers of America). Given the choice of spice level, I was concerned that Medium would not be hot enough, but was verrrrry pleased with how perfectly spicy the medium turned out. I imagine 'hot' would be ass-kicking. In addition to the fresh, fresh, yum, yum food, service was great. Our waitress was very kind and boxed our unintended leftovers up. She even gave us styrofoam plates and plastic silverware so we could enjoy our leftovers on the road! Bamboo Garden: highly recommended by these two tofu eating machines. read more
