The first 10-15 minutes was her just putting pressure on me which felt ok. Then she rubbed oil or lotion in me, couldnt really tell. She started to absolutely DIG into my shoulder blade/ neck region and barely touched anything else. I cant even explain how rough and hard she was massaging me. I just kept thinking "how much longer?!". Every time i thought she was done she literally just kept going back to my shoulder region massaging the same exact spot incredibly hard. Same with my neck. I was at this point trying to just tolerate the pain holding down my "OWS!!". At one point she was pressing on my spine, but not in a nice way. She barely put any pressure on the rest of my body and didnt massage my muscles on my legs or lower back at all. She barely massaged the rest of my body and did like a "once over" and spent like 40 minutes just on my shoulder blade. I do have to say she did massage my face/head which was nice, nothing special but different atleast for me. the massage was 100$ and tipped her a little bit over that(even tho to be honest didnt even deserve one, as it wasnt even a good massage) and she wasnt ok with how much she was tipped and tried shaming us asking for more.. as a ex-server i would never call somebody out on how much they tipped especially in this economy and ESPECIALLY after giving poor service. wont be back and i recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere. Walked out with more pain then when i came in and $120 wasted

These 2 women mistreat loyal customers and are unkind mean girls, bullies would be a better word to describe them. I have witnessed first hand them taking about their clients behind their backs. What is most unfortunate. is that their stylists suffer for their behavior. Maybe they should move elsewhere, we don't need businesses like this here in Havertown.

If you want a turn-me-into-a-puddle type of massage, she'll do it, and do an amazing job. But her real skill is structural integration, where she actually gets in between the fibers of your muscles and attachment points (as in, all 4 heads of your quadriceps muscle) and creates separation so that you feel looser over all, for longer than you would after just a traditional massage. She really wants to help address the root cause of the discomfort, not just trying to get to the discomfort itself. It sounds weird, but she gets into where it hurts, pulls on it, and then it feels better. She's all around an amazing practitioner.
