Love Bambu! I've brought both of my sisters here and we've tried an array of drinks from the menu. This is a former bank, so the space is a little strange. When you walk in, you're standing in the bank atrium. The private bank offices are still here and are private rooms you can sit in and relax. I love their Vietnamese coffee and boba tea. You can also sign up for their rewards program and get deals on drinks. I can't wait to stop back in and try more tea.

So many choices! I knew I wanted something coffee based and the person who helped me was very patient. I ended up with an iced Coconut Mocha with coffee jelly. It was delicious! One of the best of these types of drinks I've had. It had real coffee flavor wasn't super sweet like it was made with tons of syrup. I asked for light ice...no problem and there was a nice amount of coffee jelly, which had a nice coffee flavor as well, without being sweet. I wanted to try the Vietnamese egg rolls but they were all out. I know I'll be back!

Such a cute, fun and collaborative space! I love the variety and unique choices you can find here. There's tons of space to hang out and do some work or catch up with a friend. Staff was friendly and efficient. Smoothies were so delicious!! I am very excited to come back here, especially to try some mochi ice cream and macarons!

After realizing this is a large chain, decided to pop in for a quick drink before our shopping trip in Syracuse. There is a very large menu, with mixture of traditional boba and some of their specials. It's a Vietnamese style boba shop, so perhaps keeps that in mind. My go-to boba to decide if I am returning to this boba shop or not is earl grey milk tea with half sweetness. They didn't have earl grey. Bummer I opted for the black milk tea with 50% sweetness. I liked the taste of the boba. Good chew and sweetness, but the black tea flavor was a bit lacking. The halo halo was pretty good, but again, lacking a bit of flavor. I wanted more sweetness and bean taste. It was quite icy and coconut-y. I would go back but maybe try the Vietnamese coffee boba. That looked really good, and their smoothies looked delicious as well. Free parking lot Fun instagrammable walls

We ordered cake batter, matcha, & strawberry mochi ice cream pieces which were delicious. My Pina colada was made fresh with real fruit & coconut milk. They serve dairy & non-dairy choices & that means everybody can enjoy something from the menu. Service is friendly. They really help you decide what to get as the menu is extensive. A very clean dining area with a cute VIP room (I'm choosing to call it VIP, though it's not designated as that. wink). There's a gender neutral accessible bathroom. This place is really hip & cool. I love it . 10/10 give this place a try.

I FINALLY found a place to get my halo-halo fix. I love that they're able to customize your halo-halo to your liking. The only thing I think I would have preferred was maybe another scoop of ube ice cream and less ice in my halo-halo, but it's definitely a place I would come to when I'm craving something sweet. Everybody who helped us was helpful & sweet.

Ordered online for a pickup after an appt I had in the area. The pickup time was provided for me by the website, 12:15. But when I went inside to pickup, they weren't even made. There was no one else in there, so it's not like they were busy.... Anyways, the banana smoothie and iced coffee I got were both delicious!!!! The menu is pretty extensive and I'm not familiar with most of the items, so I can't wait to head back and try something else.

I am glad I finally got to visit Bambu! They have a diverse menu and some of the offerings are unique to the area. The cafe is spacious with beautiful ambiance and colorful lights. We knew that we wanted to try their dessert drinks as the staff told us it was their specialty. We got the Halo Halo and Taro Lover. Both the drinks were delicious and so fresh. The Halo Halo had a burst of flavors which somehow made sense together. The shaved ice on the drinks were sweet and light with coconut flavor. They have dairy free options too! I got to talk to the owner and she told me how everything on their menu is freshly made and can be customized however we want it. The staff here was so polite and gave us great suggestions. I highly recommend this place and look forward to trying their teas and smoothies.

So incredibly excited that this place just opened up!! It's near the office which makes it dangerous but more boba options in Syracuse?! yes please! I was so happy to see halo halo on the menu too! Classic Filipino dessert now more available !! I can't remember the last time I even ordered halo halo so this was so awesome to see. It's a childhood staple now accessible as an adult staple pick me up For the first visit we ordered a passion fruit refresher, winter melon milk tea boba (if you like milk teas this is my all time fav go-to), pandan waffle with a scoop of ube ice cream. Like many big time milk tea spots all over the country, this gives many topping options and sweetness level options which is probably my fav as I have a huge sweet tooth but 100% sweetness level daily is probably frowned upon. Their motto of "just the way you love it" means full customization Crazy varied menu which inspires more trips to try new things each time, ample parking, easy to find, instagrammable wall (wing wall), kind staff. Run don't walk!

So glad they open here in Syracuse! I'm from Rochester and I gladly take the two hour drive to Syracuse just to get the drinks here, they are so good! Ever since I bought my first Bambu at Philadelphia I've been craving it all the time. Definitely a place you should check out, especially if you're tired of all the boba craze lately P.S. if you buy to-go, they'll give you an ice ball separately.

I'm a big fan of this place. They have lots of fresh, tasty options, from fruit teas, to Vietnamese coffee, smoothies to milk teas. My favorite are the Chè dessert drinks. So far my top choice had been the Taro Lover. The staff is friendly and will explain the menu to you and tell you how to enjoy these fun menu items if you have any questions. Everything is super flavorful with good portions of toppings.

I'm not going to lie, I was so disappointed when I went here. I took 4 friends and it took almost 30 min for us to get our drinks. First, the wall menu gives you the options if 0%, 25%, 50% or 75% sugar/sweetener. When I asked for a normal milk tea with bobas they said I couldn't get it with 0% sugar. Ok, I'm flexible, no problem so I got the passion fruit tea with lychee popping bobas. Trying to put that order in the register, the young girl was struggling with the machine. We all have to learn sometime, but it took about 5-10 min before she got her boss to come out and help. Then the register took another 5 min to process our card. While I know things happen and new businesses have to work out the kinks, my tea tasted straight up like dish soap. One of my friends also ordered the lychee popping bobas and hers tasted like soap as well. 3 stars because of how long it took, the disappointment in taste, but the redeeming quality was the staff's friendliness. Also, heads up if you're sensitive to smells... they have a small shrine with a LOT of incense burning when you 1st walk in, so anyone with a proclivity to migraines might want to be prepared.

This place is the best thing to hit the town of Camillus/Fairmount in ages. The food and drink are perfection. Everything is prepared on site and so fresh. Everyone that works there, especially the owners are amazingly friendly and helpful if you're not sure what something is, or need help in deciding. The cafe is modern and unique with offerings to Buddha just as you walk inside. Perfect Vietnamese ambiance! I recommend this place - 5 stars! And I've been from NYC to Asia and not had better in the USA than here. The prices are more than fair, some drinks are a bit pricy but these ingredients come in from very far and are fresh. Bambū only puts out what's good. Good job!

I'm not a bubble tea fan, so I can't speak to that, but I do quite enjoy their ramen bowls and have had them on multiple occasions. The standout for me is the miso base with chicken. The broth is piping hot, the green onion flavor is awesome, and it's a chock full of ingredients. The interior is unique with big, open windows and some funky booths. My main complaint here is that service tends to be a bit slow. I'd recommend ordering ahead of time and then eating there once you pick it up or just doing take out. Ordering through the counter can take awhile, even if it's quiet in there. Happy to continue to support them!

The place was totally empty when we walked in and outside of 1 Uber Eats order we were it 4:30 PN. But, it still took 15 minutes for two bowls of ramen and one rice bowl to be ready. Our meals were good but not worth the drive from Marcellus. I've had worse and I've had better bowls of ramen. The stock was good but it was lacking any real depth of flavor and seemed to be singular in tone and lacked any real silky rich mouth feel. Nothing that would warrant a wave off, but nothing significant enough for a book mark. We all like what we like, but for me this was an average experience.

There is always a pleasant vibe to it and often there are people chatting or working on laptops. Employees are always really nice. I really enjoy the Pandan Matcha. Its so hard to find pandan drinks in the area! I find the drinks are often really sweet and so its important to order them with no sugar or less sugar. The boba is okay although the straws they have been using lately are too small for them so they lose some of the shape and correct texture. A random thing I love about their drinks are they used a crushed ice, it makes it feel appropriately portioned to the drink itself. Although I am not a coffee person, the cafe lattes are my partner's favorite in the area and they are highly customizable. It's also nice that they offer a carrier when you have a few drinks to-go. Interestingly, the cake and desserts are the weaker part for me for Cake Bar. They are often pretty dry for my tastes. My favorite has been the potato chip cookies, but I have only seen them a few times. The chicken wing dip buns are pretty good and filling though and are worth trying!
