On the downside however, they shouldn't claim that they'll price match when there will be several instances where they know they cannot. I recommend an online option to input the quote and the vendor, then they can confirm up front if they're willing/able to price match as well as why if they cannot. In my case, they could not as the rival vendor likely did not use OEM components for the repair given the price disparity. I'd already looked up the price of the OEM part itself, so I know they were honest about the quote discrepancy. That information just would have been nice to know before hand.

It was $25 for them to take a look/diagnostic at my laptop. They were honest and said there was a good chance the damage may have gone to the motherboard. They told me they would give me a call on Monday. They did call me on Monday and said it was ready for pick up. They got my laptop up and running with a working mouse pad as well. I was so happy because I have had this laptop less than a year and I really needed it for school. It was $125 and their service was excellent.

(in my head) It's over in like 3 secs and hands everything back to me and says THATLL BE 27 cents! REALLY... So I get a dollar and she gets a sticky note and writes the code of the purchase to hand me off to another register because their registers are down...ok...im done with her and office depots establishment.
