First job went without an issue and so I hire them again for a relatively easy toilet installation. At the end of the job I gave them a credit card and it was authorized on the day of service. A month ago, I started getting lengthy demands for payment on the second job from his bookkeeper who freely admitted that they authorized my card for the work but for some reason the invoice wasn't paid. Then they started to try and run the other credit card I used on the first job without my consent, while sending me repeat convoluted emails about why I still owed them money. Then today they threatened to put a lien on my house for $750. I am still sorting out exactly what happened but it appears that their lack of proper bookkeeping is to blame and their customer service is subpar. Not worth the trouble.
