I agreed to the quote (thats on me) without understanding the scope of the job. Trav and an intern were done with the pipe replacement in 50 minutes. The carpenter spent all of 2 1/2 hours and there were maybe $200 worth of materials between the two of them. I confronted Trav with the amount that was charged given the amount of time and materials it took to complete the job. I got some song and dance about what hypothetically could have happened but ultimately didn't. No one likes to be overcharged or taken advantage of. I can only hope the work was done properly. So, just a heads up to look elsewhere for the 24/7 service they advertise. It sounds like they do a good job otherwise.
