The Sueco team was awesome…read more Everyone from the office folks who fielded my calls to the technicians who performed the work, to the owner himself. I watched them as they worked as one team. One technician came the day before the installation to prep things so that the next team could move through their work smoothly. The following day the second team showed up and it was amazing to watch. As two of the men began dismantling the old boiler, another was in my garage prepping the new one. With the old one removed, the new one was put in place. As one guy was connecting new things like the motor, etc., the other guy was doing the plumbing. It was just amazing to see this happen and in a few short hours, my new boiler was humming and giving me heat and hot water. Then, to top things off, these guys actually cleaned up everything as they began to put their things away and made sure that there was no debris or soot or anything left behind. I would heartily recommend these Sueco teams to anyone looking for boiler work. Kudos to one and all.

On the 18th of March he texted the FDNY Paramedic that he would have all the paperwork ready to file for the town permits by the next day. On April 20th she reached out to Mike Rosado in all understanding that work start dates were ambiguous, but paperwork with the town did have a 2 to 3 week timeframe. He told her that his plumber was sick, and he could not get his licensing information. She called him two weeks later to ask if his plumber was feeling better and if he would be able to do the paperwork. He told her he was confused about how to fill out the paperwork, so she agreed to do that for him. He told her he did not have a plumber, she gave him the plumber's information for her building and then he ignored her for the month of May. On June 8th, the office assistant sent her licensing and insurance information for EcoGreen, she said Mike was still working on the building plans and that Mike expected her, the Paramedic working 12 to 16 hour shift with the New York City Fire Department, to find a plumber to do the job, this was the FIRST she had heard that she was expected to act as her own general contractor in order to get EcoGreen to fulfill their contract. She called Mike, and he told her he couldn't find a plumber, that he didn't like the attitude of the building plumber and if she wanted the project done, which he knew she desperately needed done, then she had to find a plumber herself. Because apparently a company that bills itself on its website as "full-service home and business environmental restoration company serving Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland and Orange counties NY, as well as Fairfield County, CT" doesn't have access to a plumber and needs a first responder, who spends most of her time saving our lives to spend her free time, doing their job for them. Alas, she is a hard working girl that just wants a working shower, so in between her long her full time job of 12 -16 hour shifts working as a paramedic, and she finally met with a plumber who gave her an estimate of $1750 on June 16th, she called Mike on June 17th and he told her that was too expensive and she needed to keep looking. Basically forcing her to do the work of a general contractor looking for and bidding on a subcontractor for his project and doing the paperwork that still as of June 20th when EcoGreen was officially fired, they never provided the plans for a very small studio bathroom repair and basic remodel. Mike Rosado and Frank Petrullo cheated a New York City Fire Department Paramedic during a Pandemic. Send me a message, email or reach out, I will share screen shots, emails, and voicemails to verify the timeline and details of this story, because facts do matter. We are New York tough and we don't screw the people who put their lives at risk to save ours. The thing is I would rather not have to write these reviews and call them out, I would rather that EcoGreen would have done the right thing because they were given so many chances just to deliver on their promise. Does such a company that cheats the best that New York has to offer and even when they have multiple chances to fix it, and refuses to do so, deserve our hard earned money? I hope you will look elsewhere for your contracting needs, give EcoGreen a hard pass like they did a real hero.

In each case, they have responded professionally to our emergency requests for assistance which began with the replacement of our home's time worn well system and hot water heater. Later, when we decided to plan for the renovation of our home so that we could comfortably "age in place", Bee and Jay brought their extensive knowledge and reliable services to adjusting the water lines in an existing laundry area so that they could easily be moved to another. At this time, their team also worked collaboratively with our contractor to repair and address plumbing related concerns for an older bathroom located on the main floor. We were both surprised and delighted that they were even able to get our beloved hot tub up and running again after 15 years! Lastly, Bee & Jay expertise was used to install an upgraded water system to our beautiful new bathroom as part of the second-floor addition to our home. Bee and Jay to the rescue again!!! (almost a year to the day I first called them). I had let a small drip go at the kitchen sink for a few months. Knew it was not good but life gets in the way and was kinda holding off since we plan to redo our entire kitchen. Well my little drip started to get worse and leaks were appearing from the faucet, the drain- you name it. Destroyed the cabinet bottom - had no idea how bad it REALLY was.Their service team showed up right on time (early actually!) and immediately addressed the issue. The guys were professional, organized (covered the work area) and went to work on the sink like they knew the issue before I got to tell them! Now here is why this company is the best- honesty. My sink needs to be replaced- but knowing I will be having it all torn out- they suggested replacing the faucet and leave the sink for now. Why pay for a new one you ll throw away in a few months? Now THAT is a statement that shows how Bee and Jay put the customer first and foremost- always! I've been noticing my bathroom sink has been draining slowly for weeks now and finally decided to have a plumber get it fixed. My own self de-clogging techniques were not helping. I called Bee and Jay Plumbing & Heating at the suggestion of a neighbor. Kim answered the phone, and was very professional and polite. She was able to make a service call that same afternoon. 2 Technicians came within the time frame scheduled and they were able to identify what needed to be done with my clogged sink. My pipes were over 30 years old and the pipes under the sink needed to be replaced. Bee and Jay was able to get the job done! They were honest and knowledgeable and they didn't try to sell me any additional work. They also answered several plumbing questions about other issues I had. And they left my kitchen looking as if a plumber had never been there! I would definitely reccomend Bee and Jay for any plumbing needs. The price was reasonable and I trusted them from the start. I hired Bee & Jay Plumbing to install new drainage pipes for my kitchen sink after drain cleaning/snaking service companies were unable to find and clear any blockage that was preventing the sink water to drain. It was assumed that the kitchen drain pipes ran to an old dry well which collapsed. The two plumbers who came were truly wonderful in the care they took while doing a difficult, all day job. They were friendly, respectful and courteous. They performed their work and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Because of their expertise, I now have a kitchen sink that drains easily and which I can use once again (after 2 years of using a dish pan). Now, I'm a landlord and deal with tradesman and contractors frequently. I always ask for an hourly rate for labor, because if they tell you that "we quote you a job price and we charge a diagnostic fee" you have no idea how long that job will take, and it almost always benefits the contractor greatly, and you pay them whether you hire them or not. Instead of $120 per hour, it ends up being twice that much. To make a long story short, they never returned my call to answer my questions, so I hired a company that did return my calls. It was nothing more than a big waste of time for me, which,apparently, they couldn't care less.
