Puzzled by his glare, I asked him if there was a problem with us trying on the merchandise and I was surprised by his response, "you guys are playing." His demeanor indicated that we leave the store immediately. We were very unclear what prompted the rude behavior. If there was a problem with the way we tried on the jackets, I wish his approach was kinder or at least professional. We really had no clue why he behaved that way. We're still scratching our heads about it. It was a horrible experience to start our Aspen trip at this store. Luckily, staff at the remainder of the stores in town were kind and courteous. I would highly encourage store management to view any video footage of the experience to help this individual with his customer service skills. The incident occurred on 07/22/19 around 5:30.
