I was treated as if I didn't understand what I was talking about as the man helping me told me they "didn't recommend doing that on a new pair of skis" I have skied since I could walk and have had my skis detuned the last 5 years of my life immediately after coming out of the packaging. I paid $77 for the mount and wasn't given half of what I came to do. Will be going anywhere else to get my skis done. I highly recommend Incline, just across the way down the hall from Gorsuch at the base of Aspen.

I paid and we left. My wife noticed that the store had charged almost $50 for each of the shirts and we immediately returned to the store. We asked to return the items. The clerk refused stating their no refund policy was printed on the receipt! We brought our own pedals shoes and helmets but they have all that you need if you don't! The guys did everything! Even got my hubby a mount for his wahoo device! They offer coffee, water, beer, ice cream...probably more, but that's what I remember! One of the guys actually went out with us to the bike trail so we wouldn't get lost! So nice! Between the eight of us, we had so many flights that were canceled/rebooked/ late getting in, and ski butlers had no problem accommodating all of the changes. Not only were they so accommodating, but their service and equipment was as good as it gets. We highly recommend them to anybody who's looking to ski or snowboard. We rented both skis and snowboards and helmets from them. We didn't have any problems with any bit of our equipment. Our 6 kids range from 17 to 26 and they were all happy. Anybody with multiple kids knows that they're not always all happy. So I would say, it was a huge success. Thank you Ski Butlers!!! We will see you again in March.

Riley and his team provided the most amazing customer service I have EVER experienced…read more -When I arrived in Aspen last Friday, Riley delivered two different-sized bikes to my hotel, the St. Regis. He fitted and adjusted the bike for me and provided a bike lock and a helmet. - On Saturday, when I reported having trouble finding the beginning of the Rio Grande Trail, he offered to have his team either drop me off or ride with me to the opening so that I could find it. They also will pick you up along the trail if you bike toward Basalt and don't want to do the uphill ride back. - Later Saturday night, I realized I'd need a basket to carry my phone and wallet on the trail ride. Riley came to the hotel and attached a basket to the bike, before 9 a.m. Sunday, which is when I said I'd need it. In the basket, he left a map, highlighted with my route. -He picked it up on Monday when I left to go home. Riley consistently surpassed my expectations with each interaction. I only actually saw him one time, when he delivered the bike. The rest of this work was done behind the scenes. I wish every business were as accommodating!

I reserved two mountain bikes from Crested Butte Sports and paid an extra $25 per bike for early…read morepickup so I could be ready for a big ride. Total anticipated bill was $304.50 for the two mountian bikes. When I picked them up, I was shown the Squidlock suspension lockout feature, but when I got home, it didn't work. I called the shop and was told the bike had a known failed Squidlock and they had no replacement available. This is frustrating because the suspension lockout was important for my planned climb on the 401 Trail Loop, and I could have rented from another shop that had fully functional bikes. When I returned the bike and explained my concern, Audi, the owner was defensive, saying most mountain bikes don't have Squidlock (true, but nearly all modern bikes have a suspension lockout). Regardless, renting out a bike with a known failed component without disclosing it is unacceptable. I was only offered $25 off the rental, which did not reflect the impact this issue had on my experience.
