She rescued her dog from a bad situation, though she doesn't make much she makes sure her son (dog) is taken care of. He just turned 3 y/o and he really needed to get neutered. I suggested Mercy Crusade because I've rescued a cat and it was where he had been scheduled to get fixed. Anyway my daughter's son is about 55 lbs . What i thought would be maybe $150 at most ended costing her $428 ! I was a bit shocked because she was not ready to spend that much but we knew he had to get fixed so with that said I wouldn't call them "low cost" The office staff was really nice and I thought it was funny that the vet who was talking to me seemed bothered by all the noise and possibly why we got called early to come get our boy. He did not like the meowing from a kitten while we were talking.

I do have to say it's very hard when you think you have an urgent situation they are not able to get you in and they refer you to the Urgent Care and then they're busy and they can't get you in but luckily I called later on in the afternoon and they had a last-minute cancellation... and their prices are reasonable except I don't think $40 is reasonable for a paw bandage and I think they charged us $80 for an anabiotic shot? But I know he's in good hands and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I'm sure their prices are comparable to other veterinarians, but the doctors here are amazing and so is the Tech staff Highly recommend!

The whole staff and Dr. Fahmy have been nothing but amazing especially during the hard times. They have been very understanding, patient, compassionate, caring and kind. They truly care about the animals and it is not your other stereotypical veterinarian office where they rush you in and out. They absolutely care and so kind and sweet to your fur babies. They seemed frustrated dealing with my bigger dogs, and even made me feel like I shouldn't have brought them there. My dogs are 60lb-80lb; they are friendly and do not even look/act aggressive. After having my dog and I wait outside for 45 mins past our original appointment time (to "make sure their other clients had room inside since I had two dogs"), they called us inside. They shielded another patient and their tiny dog as mine passed through the lobby, and as they put me into my own room, I could see and hear comments/faces from the staff. Additionally, the facility was not very clean, which I understand can happen with the amount of animals seen, but still. I will be looking for a new vet.

Unbelievable I wanted to get flea medicine put on the back of my cat's neck and have her nails trimmed. They couldn't do either and said she hissed at them. Really? She's a cat and the people at the front desk really push vaccines. My cat is 18 and does not go out and does not need a rabies shot. I don't like people pushing vaccines. Dr. A will let you know what she recommends to keep your pet healthy and happy. She and staff have helped us in more ways than just an exam and diagnosis. She and staff have encouraged and worked with us with our dominant personality dog. They always want to make sure they have good experiences during visit. Our dog did...as he didn't want to leave! (Treats must be given toward the front door and car!). Our 3 cats have been kept healthy with their individual issues. We are very happy with their services.

They explained what would happen and asked me questions. I was allowed to be with her every step of the way, they didn't take her from me for any of the process which I loved. she was calm and in my arms the whole time. She also explained that during the procedure there is a possibility he might need surgery depending on if there is any damage to the area. She even drew out a picture to help us understand better.
