I had a wonderful strawberry matcha here this morning. They offer a lot for a quaint spot with only outdoor seating. Today they had croissants so I had to try one and it was wonderfully flaky, but next time I will have to try a waffle. Their strawberry syrup was one of the best I have had. Prices are spot on and the service was very friendly.

This little coffee shop is just a window you order at and outdoor seating. There a lot of trees so there's shade at least. I got a strawberry matcha but there was barely any strawberry in it. Service was average.

What a gem! Hubs and I were up in Phoenix and were in the mood for some coffee. Thanks to a quick search on Yelp, we found this coffee joint not too far from us. They have seating areas in front and also have treats for pups too! There was a line but we didn't wait too long. There is limited street parking. Great drink options, friendly service, and delicious coffee. Cold brew was smooth and tasty. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again. Check them out if you're in the area!

Had a great stop at Bang Bang Coffee. It was early AM and already a line with people waiting. There's no indoor seating and the line moves quickly. The employees were super friendly. I ordered a Mr. C latte which is a caramel hazelnut blend. The beans were smooth and the flavors I wish were a little stronger but overall great. Not watered down or bitter. They have plenty of drink options and serve a few food options. I'll definitely be making another stop in to try out another drink and a pastry to go with it!

A small walk up coffee in Central Phoenix. Service is fast and friendly. Ambiance is 100% outdoors and takeaway. No issue for me as I was just picking up a coffee for the road. The menu covers a lot of the coffee standards as well as some specials. I opted for a Tia (Maple caramel cappuccino) and an Americano. Both were made well - great flavor, low acid, and smooth. Enjoyed my experience, I think you will as well.... N*joy!

I was here with my best friend and we came on a cold December morning. It was a shortish line and it moved quickly. We ordered two iced coffees and a bagel. the bagel was really yummy and fresh. The drinks were both seasonal drinks and so so yummy! they favor combos are really fun and capture a little something for everyone. the workers were hustling and kind! Since it is an outdoor spot, there wasn't much to vibe with other than the vibes of the workers. it was nice to sit outside but chilly so we left quickly. a nice little spot to stop for a coffee.

Bang Bang Coffee is such a gem in Central Phoenix! It's a super cute walk-up coffee spot with outdoor seating only, which made the experience feel relaxed and charming. When I visited, they even had a live jazz band playing - and it was absolutely fabulous. Sipping coffee while enjoying live music in the sunshine was the perfect vibe. I ordered the seasonal Gingersnap latte and it was so yummy - warm, cozy, and perfectly spiced. They have a great selection of specialty lattes, and it was honestly hard to choose just one. I already know I'll have to come back to try more. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and such a fun local spot. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

I've been frequenting Bang Bang for about a year & I have to say their consistency delicious coffee & fun flavors is great, the bagels are cravenly, but their service is unmatched! I am always greeted like I'm a friend, met with sunshine & care! No matter who is taking my order, they're genuinely happy to be there & be delivering a local coffee experience. They care for the community by doing regular fundraisers & they sometimes have live music. It's always a welcoming experience & I walk away with a smile every time!!

The environment here is really inviting with a nice staff and a great space to sit outside! The coffee is good and the bagel I had hit the spot. The seats have much-needed shade to account for the lack of inside seating. It is simple to order by just walking up to the window on the right side of the building before getting your food or drink on the left. The coffee shop is very easy to get to right of Central and close to a streetcar stop. There is street parking and a parking lot right next to the cafe.

Cute walkup coffee shop with outdoor seating. The staff was friendly. They offer bagels some days of the week and also offer waffles. I ordered the Woodsman latte (caramel and maple) it was delicious. Fairly priced. Limited parking.

Such a cute spot! They have a nice little setting and great coffee and breakfast. The waffle was gorgeous!

I've only heard great things and it was such a pleasure to make a visit. The interior is ultra modern, and art-centered. On a Wednesday morning, there was one staff member holding it down and a wait/line with about 5-6 people, so the wait was about 15-20 minutes in total-- including ordering and waiting for drinks. There was mainly only paid street parking options, but it wasn't hard to find any right in front of the shop. I got two drinks: Más and Abeja, to try their matcha and coffee, and really thoroughly enjoyed both. The matcha is a little bit on the milkier side, but I did enjoy that it was completely unsweetened, and leaned on the vanilla cold foam for a light sweetness. I think I enjoyed the coffee more personally, as the honey paired super well with the espresso and oat milk. The espresso is very good. I would come back if I was in the area, I just wish the parking situation was a little different!

The ambiance, drinks, and service were all great! There is an entrance to Lola Coffee from Roosevelt and another from the back near parking spaces. There is a restroom near the back entrance, and the start to the line to place an order is right near the front entrance. I saw in one of the comfy chairs while I waited for my former student to arrive. At that point, we moved to a regular table and then went and ordered drinks. She ordered a coffee, and I ordered a lemonade. We both enjoyed our drinks which were ready very quickly. There were smaller and larger tables, and there were also countertops along with business cards and marketing items at the back of the room on a thin table. Lola Coffee began with humble beginnings going back to 1992 with a cart, then Lux Coffee, and eventually Lola Coffee downtown. Now, there is even a second Lola Coffee location in Arcadia near 40th Street and Indian School. Today, they serve coffee, pastries, and breakfast. The Downtown Phoenix location hours are weekdays from 6:30 AM to 7 PM and weekends from 7 AM to 7 PM. You can see their menu, history, photos, and more on their website (https://lolacoffeebarphx.com). While I had trouble choosing between a lemonade for a cold beverage or hot chocolate for a warm beverage, it's great they have so many options. Again, try them for drinks, breakfast, or pastries. Their staff is so helpful and the actual restaurant is quite welcoming to everyone.

Absolute Perfection! Hands Down the Best Coffee in Arizona!…read more My husband and I are avid flavored latte lovers, and wherever we travel, we make it our personal mission to hunt down the absolute best lattes in the area. Now that we live here, we dedicate one day a week to exploring a brand-new local coffee shop. We've been living in Arizona for 7 years now, and after visiting The Coffee Builders in Phoenix this week, my only question is: Where has this place been all our lives?! This incredible hidden gem is tucked away in the Warehouse District and is a bit out of sight--you'd likely never just stumble across it unless you were explicitly looking for it. But the moment you walk through the doors, you are transported. The architectural design is completely unexpected, modern, and striking--especially the gorgeous, geometric upside-down wooden pyramids stretching across the ceiling. It creates an upscale, unique atmosphere unlike anywhere else. Now for the main event: the drinks and food. I ordered the Orange Blossom Latte and my husband ordered The Slopes. Both drinks were absolutely outstanding. They were rich, velvety, thick, and incredibly creamy with deep, distinct flavor profiles. Best of all, they weren't overly sugary--which is huge for us since we typically prefer our coffee at half-sweetness. To pair with our drinks, we tried the Blueberry Bourbon Maple Pastry. It was phenomenal: flaky on the outside, light and pillowy-creamy on the inside, beautifully balanced, and generously loaded with fresh blueberries. The staff was highly professional, exceptionally welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable about their shop and everything on the menu. From this day forward, The Coffee Builders is officially our #1 favorite coffee shop in AZ. Do yourself a favor, make this a top priority on your bucket list, and treat yourself--you will not be disappointed!
