Scott uses his on proprietary blend of beef and seasoning which is tasty. The smashed burger comes with a lot of thinly sliced onions that are smashed right into the beef patty as it is searing on the hot griddle. The burger is not only delicious, but offers great texture via the smashing and the searing. The burger is simple and delicious. It also comes with American cheese, your choice of sauce, and pickles. You can also a bacon for a few more bucks and or double the patty for another $4. Service was keen and Scott, the owner, is very proud of the quality burgers that he offers.
