This office is by far the worst. Another disturbing fact is their office claims they are so on top of the HIPPA Law however the office staff has no problem speaking your information out loud when your sitting amongst other patients waiting in the small reception area. Even when your in the dental chair, there is no privacy as the other patients being worked on can hear all the conversations that are taken place. I heard one persons social security being rattled off when I was waiting in the reception area...what is the purpose of filing out privacy act forms? The staff too is very rude and treats patients like garbage. All they want is signature after signature and take your money. If I could give this office a zero for rating I would as they really are not professional. In fact Dr. Magda's name is on the practice however she is never at the Stroudsburg location. Her affiliate dentist is young and has zero knowledge on what she is doing. She did work and my husband had a second opinion done, only to be told the work perform was not done correctly and wrong material was used. Not only was he a great guy (and Dentist), he never had to send me anywhere else for any reason and he listened. If I had a problem with my dentures, he would break out his little dremmle tool and fix it. I think the new dentist, Dr. Burke, wants the title and the pay, but does not want to do any of the work. He will send you to one St. Lukes or another, making you have another bill. Go to the Easton site for an evaluation on your teeth. You're having a problem with your dentures? I don't believe that, can't be them. Go to the Bethlehem site so they can take an x-ray and evaluate. Here's my bill for today. Drive round trips and pay two different places for the second place just to say it's my dentures. I will pay these bills, but also be looking for a new Dentist. I was generous giving 3 stars. Upgraded only because of Heather and Sue - they're great. I'll miss them.
