Banh Mi 135 is easily the top contender for the best banh mi in the state. If you're in Atlanta, this is a non-negotiable stop. * The Bread: Always served nice and warm--freshly toasted with that perfect shatter-crisp crust and soft interior. * The Fillings: The toppings are high-quality and seasoned perfectly. Every bite is balanced. Combination my favorite . * The Drinks: Do yourself a favor and pair your sandwich with their iced coffee or fresh sugarcane juice. It is the ultimate combo!

First time here because of referrals and they did not disappoint. They have a constant flow of customers and they get out orders in a timely fashion. The restaurant is not too big, but big enough to enjoy your banh mi and dip. The bread is very crispy and light without a lot of breading. I had the classic dac biet right out the restaurant which is a combination of different meats. It was stuffed and very flavorful. Also had the thit nuong a day after which I also enjoyed as the meat was very tender and flavorful. The main thing I like about this place is that their prices are hard to beat especially being as good as they are because now a days, many places charge way too much for a banh mi. Definitely stopping by again when I return back to ATL.

Super busy- at any given moment there were 15 bags of take out orders, even as they were being picked up continuously.

The other reviews did not overstate this place. Had classics and pork bahn mi. Super delicately crispy bread, savory filling and nice balance overall, generous with pate. The food was very fresh...I haven't seen a place this busy in years...on a Sunday noon, orders were being picked up continuously but there were always a balance of about 15 orders waiting to be picked up, it was so non stop. Our order took about 30 min to fill bc they had so many other orders ahead of us. While we waited the line was constantly about 10 ppl deep...continuous churn of new customers. Even though they were so busy, staff welcomed us and showed us the menu ect right away. Most ppl got take out, but there are about 4-5 small round tables/bench and stools to dine in if you want. Lots of parking bc attached to grocery store/strip mall. So good!

Heard about this spot on Tik Tok and after I saw two vegetarian options I was super pumped to go! You rarely see any good vegetarian options. This spot is in the same row as Wowbooza, hence there is plenty of parking. The place is small but has seating. They have a small menu along with a separate drink menu with fresh sugar cane juice, viet coffee, and teas. I ended up getting the vegan Banh mi, which was made pretty quickly. They stay pretty busy, hence they do run out of things by the end of the day so I would recommend going earlier on the weekends! The Bánh mi was absolutely delicious and unlike the regular tofu option you get they use impossible meat. The price was reasonable. I will be going again!

My partner and I were headed north and decided to check out a Banh mi place for lunch in Gwinnett since it was on the way. $5.65 for a Banh mi? You can't beat that price! You can choose from a variety of proteins for your Banh mi. They offer fresh sugar cane and kumquat juice. The service is friendly and efficient. Many customers place to-go and pickup orders, often over 20 Banh mi at a time. We ordered two Banh mi--one special and one grilled pork--and received them within 5 minutes. The baguette was fresh, soft, and crispy. The toppings and proteins were all delicious. The grilled pork had a fragrant, slightly spicy flavor, which we didn't mind. Will definitely share with local family and friends and return again!

Call me weird. I will order ALL my Banh Mi's with veggies separate. I'd rather add in all the stuff needed, myself. Sometimes they're heavy handed with that stuff, other times they just don't give you enough! I love the carrots & daikon! Load them up! So, get them separated, you'll have more to enjoy vs ordering the Banh mi's as is. The strawberry tea was perfect. The Banh Mi's were amazing. Banh Mi Thit & Cha Lua, make sure you ask for extra pate. It's just a MUST!

My personal favorite: Grilled pork, the classic, opla (egg) and Pork Roll. They even have legit authentic vegetarian bánh mì too. You need to try it! Love their Vietnamese Iced Coffee, you'll definitely be wide-awake. I been searching for the best sugarcane juice, this place definitely got it down. People are always asking me this question, and trust me--your girl has been searching high and low for the best authentic and affordable bánh mì in Georgia. This spot is highly recommended and loved by the Vietnamese community here (they honestly gatekeep it a little too well ). The bánh mì is perfect--crispy, airy baguette with that golden crunch, packed with flavorful meats, fresh pickled veggies, cilantro, and a kick of chili and pâté. If you're after the real deal, this is the place to go. And don't miss their coffee and sugarcane juice--they're on another level!

Was staying in a hotel in Duluth and wanted a quick fast-casual lunch. I looked on Yelp and decided on this little banh mi shop in a strip mall full of Asian shops. I just got a classic banh mi and at first thought it was a little small, but it ended up being fine. They use the correct bread for banh mi and not just presliced baguettes. Best of all, I had sugar cane juice, which I don't see a lot where I'm from. Delicious, inexpensive meal, and it looks like a popular spot.

Finding a great Banh Mi place that's not on Buford Highway is tough. Luckly Banh Mi 135 opened on Pleasant Hill and it's awesome. I liked it because they offer the buy 5 get 1 free, but also the pricing of it is great and affordable. It's not like $8-$10 banh mi's (which I probably won't ever buy) but $5 which I mean you really can't complain. This place gets pretty busy, you can always call and order ahead of time and just come by and pick it up. Or you could just come and order there. The banh mi's itself aren't super stand out. I would say they're normal banh mi's, packed with flavor and has a decent amount of meat. You really don't lose out coming here to get your banh mi's. If you don't like it, you're only out of $5, but my bet is that you'll love it here and will come back especially if you're near this location. Overall, I would highly recommend if you're looking for banh mi's and don't know where to go and you're too lazy to go all the way down buford highway to come here and check it out.

This is my parents' go-to place for banh mi, and it's easy to see why. Like most banh mi shops in the area, they offer the buy 5, get 1 free deal. But what sets this place apart for my parents is the bread (and the convenient location). They also sell sugar cane drinks, which are refreshing, especially on hot days. If you're in the area and craving a good banh mi, this spot is worth checking out.

Strange as it may sound, they had the most beautiful looking banh mi bread - it had a nice sheen and shape that made it look more sophisticated than other banh mi bread. Of course most importantly, their sandwiches taste good too - and the price is right! The staff are very nice and there was a busy assembly line of them! The place is pretty small - I'd say majority customers were taking their sandwiches to-go. They serve not only banh mi sandwiches but also sugarcane drinks and boba tea. Hats off to Yelpers for steering me here - they have great reviews! GRILLED PORK BANH MI - $5.65 They had several different kinds - I opted for grilled pork. Pork was tasty - just a few were on the fatty side but mostly all good. Veggies were very fresh and yummy (pickled carrots & radish, jalapenos, cilantro). The most magic is the bread and it did not disappoint. Overall great sandwich! I'll be back for sure - next time I'd like to try the shredded chicken banh mi. They're located in the City Farmers supermarket plaza. I recommend stopping by Wowbooza nearby for dessert!

Love that it's ran by Vietnamese and the ambiance feels and tastes like home. The sugarcane drink is amazing and refreshing. The bani mi is not too crispy and all the toppings taste fresh. Service was great and it's super affordable. We bought the buy 5 get a free one deal. 10/10

The flavor, the crunch were both great and the sauce was super tasty! I also got the fried Brussels Sprouts, which on their own were great, but I dumped the last bit of them into the Soy Ginger sauce after I finished the chicken and that took it to another level! My wife got the Build Your Own Turkey Burger. It was pretty plain (picked and mustard) but she raved about the flavor. She said it was juicy and had great flavor. I was feeling a burger and out of all the places in Duluth/Norcross, nothing outside of fast food was open or non-existent and I'm not driving past Beaver Ruin to find something and nor am I going further than Duluth Hwy. So I needed something and thankfully, Yelp was the resource I needed. I typed in "burgers" in Duluth and Craft Burger by Shane popped up and to my surprise, the Duluth location is the ONLY one that is open till 3am six days a week and since I've never been, I needed to try it and since I was feeling burgers, this option was perfect! Upon arriving at the place, it's near the Soel La Boel Korean restaurant off Old Norcross and Pleasant Hill across from the Toyota Dealership. When walking in, it's a corner joint with a very spacious interior that's clean, well lit, and offers roughly 50 seats. To order, it's kiosk based but their menu is extensive so you might need to do your homework first before coming in or order ahead. The only service they offer is from kitchen to table but you bus your own stuff which seems to be the model for these fast sit down places. Now for the food. The burgers are thick 6 oz patties. Can't really tell if they're seasoned as it seems like the cheese, your veggies, and whatever sauce you asked for seems to carry the flavor and not the burger patties themselves. But the patties are thick boys and you definitely get hit with strong beefy flavors. Think old school Big Mac in terms of size but with better quality ingredients. The bun is lightly toasted that ensures your burger holds it's shape and for the most part, it's a flavorful bun as well.. I opted for the build your own burger which starts at $12 then w/ the extra patty is another $4 and then their signature custom items are a la carte and you add one item as you go along from fried egg to grilled mushrooms etc. They offer fries and a drink meal for an addition $6. I love their fries! Long, crispy, yet you can taste the potatoes! Delicious fries and they offer other flavors of fries like truffle or buffalo flavors. When I compiled my items between the additional patty and the meal deal, I was already was looking at a $21 burger meal with is comparable to some of their competitors like Burger Fi or Burger 21 which all share the same concept but Burger by Shane seems to have better ingredients. All in all, this place is fantastic! Highly recommend Craft Burger by Shane, especially when it's after midnight and you need a quick fix for a burger!

The Ramen came out in a togo container which i was surprised by had very little garnish no scallions and the noodles weren't even cooked all the way sadly, i know its ramen and takes only a few minutes to cook but that was a little sad, the broth was the saving grace, cause it was spicy, salty and had a lot of flavor. I really wanted to like everything, the chicken was perfect but the seasonings were not. I got fried chicken breast with cheese powder and I have never gotten it before so I wasn't prepared for it to taste like straight sugar. I also got the soy garlic sauce and no soy or garlic flavor was apparent to me which I love it was a light almost white sticky sauce on it. So I dont know of someone put the wrong sauce? I have had soy garlic sauce at other korean chicken places and its a thinner consistency more garlic and soy forward flavor and it usually brown. Maybe their version just doesnt have that. Not really hitting the spot. Also I guess I was supposed to get a salad with my meal but it was just shredded cabbage. The pictures show a green salad that other people have posted. Sadly disappointed on that note. The dressing was sweet too. The corn salad was sweet and cabbage filled. The onion mayo had a whisper of onion flavor and again I dont know if that is how its supposed to be. On last thing the spicy mayo had absolutely ZERO SPICE. Non existent spice spicy mayo made me sad. So if you like pink mayo, get that one. The cubed pickled daikon was the only thing that wasn't sweet and it was a nice relief from all the sugar. Maybe I should have gotten the spice chicken batter instead of the original. I want to try it again and approach it from a different angle on the menu. The chicken was perfectly fried moist and crispy. I really hope to update this with a different experience some time. It was a nice cozy little place near hmart.

I would've recorded the sound but unfortunately I'm allergic to ASMR. I'll be honest, when I first saw 98k Chicken I didn't have high expectations. I thought it would be another Zaxby's, Popeyes, KFC, etc. But they've really set themselves apart! The price is far more reasonable than other chain fried chicken restaurants, the portions are bigger, and the quality of the food is consistently superior. If they're able to keep up with what they're doing, I think this will be a community favorite. Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe is a large Asian bakery and café located in Gwinnett County that blends a…read morebakery, dessert shop, and casual hangout space all in one. We walked into a space that felt more like a modern café than a traditional bakery, with plenty of seating, display cases full of pastries, and a steady flow of people coming in for both drinks and food. The energy was slightly busy and lively, but it still worked as a place where we could sit down and spend some time. The biggest strength here is the variety. The bakery case was packed with soft buns, savory pastries, egg tarts, and sweet baked goods that ranged from classic Asian bakery staples to more modern café-style desserts. We tried a few items and found the pork buns, milk bread, and egg tarts standing out for their texture and freshness, while sweeter options like crème brûlée desserts and cakes leaned more indulgent. It was easy to end up grabbing more than we planned because there was a lot to choose from. The savory side of the menu was just as strong, with options like popcorn chicken, sandwiches, and quick bites that made it more than just a dessert stop. It felt like a place where we could get both a snack and a full meal depending on what we ordered. Drinks also played a big role here, especially milk teas and flavored teas, which paired well with the baked goods and gave it more of a café identity rather than just a bakery. The atmosphere was spacious compared to many Asian bakeries in the area, with booths and tables that made it suitable for hanging out, studying, or waiting for a while. At the same time, it could get busy, especially during peak hours, so seating was not always guaranteed immediately. Service was generally efficient since most of the ordering was counter-based, though we occasionally dealt with small waits depending on how crowded it got. The staff moved quickly through the orders, and the flow of the café kept things moving even when the line stretched. Overall, Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe is a strong all-around spot if you want variety in both sweet and savory options. It is not specialized in just one thing, but that is also what makes it work. We came in for pastries, a full meal, and drinks, and still left satisfied, with the versatility of the menu making it easy to return and try something different each time.
