    Fresh handmade phở noodles
    Giao O.

They are known for fresh handmade rice noodles of different kinds (phở, bún, bánh ướt) , and they DELIVERED!! The phở texture is chewier and thicker than store-bought ones, so you'll know that it's handmade. The flavor and taste of phở are similar to authentic phở in Vietnam, which is why I always want to come back to them. Besides phở, they also have other Vietnamese sweet and savory dishes that worth trying out as well. Although they appear like a to-go spot, but they do have about 5-6 chairs for dine in. They're a Vietnamese family owned restaurant, so definitely a must go to support local businesses.

Fresh rice noodles, called bánh cuốn, straight from the source. Lò Bánh Ướt Saigon in Suwanee is not just a café -- it's Georgia's first Bánh Cuốn factory making gluten-free, preservative-free rice noodles daily for walk-ins, pre-orders, and wholesale. Why it's special: 1Family dream 20 years in the making‍‍‍ 2 Handmade noodles that are soft, silky, the perfect texture 3 Hard to find authentic dishes like; crispy sweet potato fritters (Khoai lang chiên), pho beef rolls (Phở cuốn), chicken salad with fresh noodles (Gỏi Gà Ủ Muối Bánh Ướt), specialty boxes, and signature desserts like Ube Pudding and Durian Banana Pudding. 4 All noodles are made in-house using only fresh, gluten-free, preservative-free ingredients.

I always love coming here to LBU! They have a set menu and they have weekly specials. They post their specials on their socials. All their noodle are hand made and each dish is worth trying. So flavorful and unique. The staff/owners are always so welcoming and nice when you come in. There's no much seating inside and a couple tables outside but it's always nice to eat it fresh.

My huge family and I went about 2 months ago. I still can't stop thinking about all the amazing dishes I got. Everything was so good. Service was even better. I seriously highly recommend everything.

The shrimp were delicious and prepared just like I'm used to. This dish is lightly battered fried shrimp with a soy sauce bases sauce with red pepper and black pepper spices. It also features other sautéed veggies like green peppers and onions. The shrimp were spiced nicely, but also had the flavor of black pepper coming through. A lot of places don't get that right. The perfect mix of that spice red pepper heat and hint of black pepper are exactly why I love about this dish. The shrimp were fried perfectly and the veggies deliciously sauted. The Haemul Jjampong was a flavor and spice bomb. The broth was so flavorful and had a great essence of the seafood in it (squid, mussels, abalone). This soup is also for people not afraid of the spice...it was SPICY, but no so much that it was unenjoyable. The spice complemented the flavor and I loved it. The take-home of the leftovers was just as good the next day! If I had to say anything that they might think of changing, would be the addition of kimchi to the banchan. The banchan was ddanmuji (pickled radish, raw white onions, marinated white onion slivers, and soy marinated peanuts). A little plate mat kimchi to wrap around the Jjampong noodles would be perfection.

I do feel we could have just done it all at home but they have these special bowls and machines that cook it all right there. I was looking more forward to making it ourselves but the ladies in there handled almost everything. The prices were a little higher in my opinion and she definitely had a lot of suggestions to add to your bowl ( a la carte.) We let the kids get the Squid Games cookies which were $6 each (ouch) but wanted to have the whole experience. I don't have the desire to go back as the ramen in there could be found anywhere. Parking was easy, it's in a plaza and the ambience was cool for a kid while the ramen was only as good as the combination you created. The prices need to be lowered and a bowl should at least include some of the items such as an egg and you shouldn't be charged separately. I would also suggest the cookies come down to at least $3. I wish for the kids to be able to do their own bowl and not be hovered around. Cute place but one and done.

We found a restaurant not far from the matcha shop. It felt more like a Chinese takeout spot than a traditional sit-down restaurant, so there wasn't much to speak of in terms of decor. We decided to share everything we ordered. The first dish we tried was the Szechuan noodles. The flavor was excellent, but unfortunately, the dish arrived only lukewarm, as it appeared to have been sitting for a while before being brought to the table. Next, we ordered soup dumplings, but the restaurant accidentally brought out pan-seared dumplings instead. Thankfully, they let us keep them while they prepared our original order. The pan-seared dumplings were actually very good--piping hot and full of flavor. When the soup dumplings finally arrived, they were decent but didn't quite live up to the pan-seared version and lacked the same level of flavor. Finally, our Szechuan chicken arrived. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was crispy with a great spice profile that delivered the classic Szechuan kick without being overwhelming. It was served with fried rice, which was fine but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the experience was good but not exceptional. The food had some strong points, especially the Szechuan chicken and pan-seared dumplings, but the restaurant ultimately felt more like a solid Chinese takeout spot than a destination dining experience.
