    Fresh handmade phở noodles
    Giao O.

They are known for fresh handmade rice noodles of different kinds (phở, bún, bánh ướt) , and they DELIVERED!! The phở texture is chewier and thicker than store-bought ones, so you'll know that it's handmade. The flavor and taste of phở are similar to authentic phở in Vietnam, which is why I always want to come back to them. Besides phở, they also have other Vietnamese sweet and savory dishes that worth trying out as well. Although they appear like a to-go spot, but they do have about 5-6 chairs for dine in. They're a Vietnamese family owned restaurant, so definitely a must go to support local businesses.

Fresh rice noodles, called bánh cuốn, straight from the source. Lò Bánh Ướt Saigon in Suwanee is not just a café -- it's Georgia's first Bánh Cuốn factory making gluten-free, preservative-free rice noodles daily for walk-ins, pre-orders, and wholesale. Why it's special: 1Family dream 20 years in the making‍‍‍ 2 Handmade noodles that are soft, silky, the perfect texture 3 Hard to find authentic dishes like; crispy sweet potato fritters (Khoai lang chiên), pho beef rolls (Phở cuốn), chicken salad with fresh noodles (Gỏi Gà Ủ Muối Bánh Ướt), specialty boxes, and signature desserts like Ube Pudding and Durian Banana Pudding. 4 All noodles are made in-house using only fresh, gluten-free, preservative-free ingredients.

I always love coming here to LBU! They have a set menu and they have weekly specials. They post their specials on their socials. All their noodle are hand made and each dish is worth trying. So flavorful and unique. The staff/owners are always so welcoming and nice when you come in. There's no much seating inside and a couple tables outside but it's always nice to eat it fresh.

My huge family and I went about 2 months ago. I still can't stop thinking about all the amazing dishes I got. Everything was so good. Service was even better. I seriously highly recommend everything.

Rice noodles (filled with ground pork) and served with a variety of pork sausage.

The portion here is hugeeeee. We couldn't finish it and had enough left over for dinner. The crispy pork was very crispy. We liked that the sauce was served separately. The shrimp were delicious and prepared just like I'm used to. This dish is lightly battered fried shrimp with a soy sauce bases sauce with red pepper and black pepper spices. It also features other sautéed veggies like green peppers and onions. The shrimp were spiced nicely, but also had the flavor of black pepper coming through. A lot of places don't get that right. The perfect mix of that spice red pepper heat and hint of black pepper are exactly why I love about this dish. The shrimp were fried perfectly and the veggies deliciously sauted. The Haemul Jjampong was a flavor and spice bomb. The broth was so flavorful and had a great essence of the seafood in it (squid, mussels, abalone). This soup is also for people not afraid of the spice...it was SPICY, but no so much that it was unenjoyable. The spice complemented the flavor and I loved it. The take-home of the leftovers was just as good the next day! If I had to say anything that they might think of changing, would be the addition of kimchi to the banchan. The banchan was ddanmuji (pickled radish, raw white onions, marinated white onion slivers, and soy marinated peanuts). A little plate mat kimchi to wrap around the Jjampong noodles would be perfection.

From the outside it is modest and easy to miss but inside it feels warm casual and full of life. It has that neighborhood energy where you can tell people have been coming for years. The service is quick and straightforward yet still friendly in a genuine way. The pho is the highlight. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful with a clean finish that shows it has been simmered for hours. It is the kind of broth you keep sipping even after everything else is gone. The noodles are cooked just right and the portions are generous. The meat is tender and fresh and pairs perfectly with the herbs lime and sauces on the side. It is not trying to be trendy or upscale and that is exactly why it works. If you want comforting authentic pho that hits every time this place delivers.

Depending on time it does get busy which means you'll have to join the waitlist but overall everything's relatively fast wait time. When you walk in, you can sit at the ramen bar at the entrance if you don't want to sit at a table (if available), maybe 5-6 seats total at bar. You can ask for a ramen card, believe it's 10 stamps you need in order to get next visit with a free ramen bowl. I'm a regular so this comes in handy with a family of 3! My wife and I were craving Szechuan chicken for lunch, and since she wanted to try a new matcha tea…read morespot in Duluth, we decided to turn it into a little date day. We found a restaurant not far from the matcha shop. It felt more like a Chinese takeout spot than a traditional sit-down restaurant, so there wasn't much to speak of in terms of decor. We decided to share everything we ordered. The first dish we tried was the Szechuan noodles. The flavor was excellent, but unfortunately, the dish arrived only lukewarm, as it appeared to have been sitting for a while before being brought to the table. Next, we ordered soup dumplings, but the restaurant accidentally brought out pan-seared dumplings instead. Thankfully, they let us keep them while they prepared our original order. The pan-seared dumplings were actually very good--piping hot and full of flavor. When the soup dumplings finally arrived, they were decent but didn't quite live up to the pan-seared version and lacked the same level of flavor. Finally, our Szechuan chicken arrived. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was crispy with a great spice profile that delivered the classic Szechuan kick without being overwhelming. It was served with fried rice, which was fine but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the experience was good but not exceptional. The food had some strong points, especially the Szechuan chicken and pan-seared dumplings, but the restaurant ultimately felt more like a solid Chinese takeout spot than a destination dining experience.
