If there is any issue with anything, management is usually fully aware and will go above and beyond to correct it. It's obvious they are here because they love it! This business occupies the space which used to be Urban Grounds. The owners have taken the space and opened it up creating an urban industrial feel. They have recycled many materials making the space a warm and inviting atmosphere. The pastries are fresh and very delicious. The coffee is also very delicious. Banjo cold brew has ruined regular coffee for me. This is the only coffee I can drink black without wincing (it's really smooth), and it only takes me a cup to get me going, which is rare for me. The taste is great, and there's really no need to add cream or sugar, although they also offer a sweetened version. The employees I've met at the farmers market are really friendly and knowledgable as well, which is great. They offer a discount if you bring your growler back to swap out when buying another. read more

I typically always get the mocha and its great. I love that its 4 espresso shots. I usually have to add extra shots if I go to starbucks but not here. Their convenient location, fast WiFi and prompt service combine well with their relaxed atmosphere and excellent location make for a great experience that is easy to access and easy going enough to spend many hours in the shop or on the comfy shady patio for multiple hours or just for a morning tea/coffee. In the afternoons and evenings they even have a small and reasonably priced selection of beers for the ones not looking to get their daily dose of amp. When ordering coffee beans, I especially love that they give you an option for how you want them ground. I got an americano and a croissant of which the coffee wasn't freshly ground, I'm not sure the shot was fresh, it definitely wasn't pulled well, and the croissant served was microwaved and of different quality than the display. The staff was also arguing with each other regarding petty BS like where things were located. My wife and I heard about this great little coffee shop from a friend and it was fantastic. I had the Schmelvis and a cup of nitro. You can't go wrong with Nutella lathered over whole grain toast and topped with sliced bananas and honey. My wife had one of the best chai's ever and a brownie that made you want to buy a second to save for later. Our friends had a tea, bagel, and water shipped all the way here from Fiji. I got to try the bagel and it was perfect, I'll go for that next time. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, lots of people inside studying, we sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the sun. read more

John and Olivia were there to help guide me in my decision making!! Very helpful!! So, I ended up getting breakfast for 4 and all I can say is..ALL of US upon finishing every bite said.."why didn't I get more!!!" All day my sister and I kept saying "I can't stop thinking about that food!!" So, so, good!! They are delivering in a 5 mile radius right now and are taking every precaution for social distancing allowing only one person in the store. Please support this place! I stumbled in here 2 hours late for my initial dose of caffeine. I was walking and talking like a zombie with a migraine. Three warm smiles greeted me. I grunted "Coffee... now... need... PLEASE!!!" I didn't know if there was just plain ole coffee on there or if they only had froufrou drinks. I would have been fine if they just threw whole beans in my mouth at that point. The man (Who clearly already had his morning caffeine) said "Sure! We have regular roast (I guess that's what he called it) and dark roast." Somehow I made a sound or signal that let him know I wanted a dark roast. A friendly, smiley lady (maybe smiling nervously out of fear for of my decaffeinated self) rang me up and punched a rewards card I may or may not have thrown at her. I got my coffee, took a sip, and my transformation from an ogre-zombie to the beautiful young woman you see in my profile was now underway. I was beginning to see clearly and could see it was a cute and warm little shop with fresher baked goodies and a fridge full of cold coffee drinks. And the coffee was delicious too!
