Great spot! I went here to finish some work and I love how close it is to everything. The Toco Hills shopping center is so great. There a Kroger, Publix, plenty of lunch options-- and of course spiller park. The place has the vibes of an old sports park with several vintage logos filling the walls and perfectly cute merchandise. The vibes are there, but if you're looking for comfy seating for long periods of time, I would recommend somewhere else. Unfortunately the only seating available was wooden or metal. The service was pretty standard, not too extraordinary but definitely up to par ! The dirty chai I got fit the same standard. Probably wouldn't order it again but would be down to try other menu items. I also loved the plentiful outdoor seating and it was very easy to find parking in the wide lot. read more

My husband and I popped in during the week to have a coffee date. Line was pretty long, but it seemed like a lot of people like to work from there. There was no seats inside so we sat outside. The weather was nice so was enjoyable. We were pretty simple and both got Americanos and they were really good. I do wish they had a more varied menu and think it's overpriced for what they offer. Overall, pretty nice spot it would come back just for a regular coffee. read more

I love the convenience of this coffee shop when I'm shopping at Ulta and Bath and Body Works. The ambiance is always a little odd to me, like the people sitting inside tend to stare while you're in line which I don't really understand (this has been the case multiple times for me). The baristas aren't the most friendly but they're not rude. Maybe just busy. They have some nice seasonal drinks but my only gripe is the drinks aren't big enough! I think the largest size for a latte is a 12oz. No fun. But really good coffee. Plentiful parking but that parking lot does get crowded so you may have a little walk. read more

Alright this place is cute, and I really enjoy going, but it is always busy so that's something to keep in mind. I wouldn't recommend this as a place for sitting and working but I would recommend this as a place to meet with friends if you're going to be catching up or just looking for a good place to stop. I love that it has plenty of parking because it's in a shopping center. One of my favorite things about here is that they introduced a local Gluten free baker to provide a few pastry options in addition to their menu. They also have a great variety of dairy alternatives, one being local pecan milk?? Literally amazing. I had coffee here at 11:30 am on Tuesday, 2/25/25. Plenty of parking in this strip mall. You order at the counter and they give you a buzzer. You go up to the counter when your food and coffee are ready. There's a bin to put used dishes in. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I got an iced coffee ($4.33), avocado toast ($11.82), and a blueberry Big Boy Muffin ($5.50). The iced coffee was fine, nothing special. I do think I make better avocado toast. This was not worth it. I love the baseball theme but they've downplayed it of late. (You used to get baseball cards with your order) Their coffee is good quality. They make a really good pour over at their Toco Hills store. Service quality is variable. Some servers are really nice others are a bit self-absorbed. They transform what could be a warm & inviting coffee shop experience into a place I couldn't wait to get out of and certainly won't be back to anytime soon. Came here for the first time and enjoyed my experience! Spiller Park Coffee has the perfect spot in Toco Hill. The shop is in big strip mall, and is right next to the tall Toco Hill sign. A couple of great things about this shopping area is that the parking lot is FREE and LARGE. Although a whole lot of businesses share the lot, parking will always be available. Spiller Park Coffee has a lot of seating for a coffee shop that's on the smaller side. There were a variety of categories on the menu, and everything looked decently priced. The smiling employee at the counter was very welcoming and friendly, and told us to take our time looking over the menu. R ordered an Americano and a Cinn'n Sug Toast for us to share and I ordered a hot Chai Tea Latte. We were given a sign holder with the NY Mets logo sign on it to put on our table, and one of the employees later brought our orders. The cinnamon and sugar butter toast was pretty good. The toast was crunchy, and the cinnamon, sugar and butter added up to flavors that hit the right spot without being sweet. R said his Americano was two thumbs up. My hot chai tea latte was good, although my preference for this drink is a bolder flavor. Our orders were served on trays, with each of us getting a tray with our drinks in ceramic mugs along with a plastic cup of ice water. The Cinn'n Sug Toast was served on a tray by itself with a metal knife and fork. Natural light comes through the tall glass windows. Garage door style windows look like they can be opened on perfect days. Today was not a perfect day, so the feel of air conditioning inside was fine with me. Fortunately, for customers who want to eat at this business but weren't lucky enough to have indoor seating available to them, outdoor seating was available, and that area just outside the windows are all covered (shaded). We went on a Saturday in the afternoon, and it was busy! The parking lot is huge, but even finding a spot was a bit hard since cars kept stopping to let people in/out. The inside of the cafe is super quaint, and I love the open windows. They also have outdoor seating which is nice. We ordered the Shake Shake latte and an iced Chai latte. I am not a big fan of just coffee, so I would've definitely preferred my Shake Shake with some syrup. However, it was still delicious The Chai latte was also super good, and my boyfriend loved it. It was good but very small cups. For me to finish it so quickly, it's was very expensive. Just as much as Starbucks for less ounces, but delicious. The oat caramel latte was sweet, frothy, and light and I really loved it instantly. The avocado toast was great, but the nut butter toast was even better. It had a drizzle of honey and added salt flakes. We think it was cashew butter but weren't sure. The toast was delicious too, sourdoughy. I can't imagine what that toast tastes like fresh out of the oven but probably also great. Is it inappropriate to review a place while you're there and experiencing it in the moment or is that the perfect opportunity to let everyone know what it is like? I have been here at Spiller Park before and I have always had a great experience. They have lots of seating inside and outside and this area has been growing a lot so a lot of businesses nearby are conveniently here. The staff has been really friendly. I got an iced latte with chocolate (house-made!) and oat milk and also tried their big-boy muffin which was awesome! They cut it for me in half and warmed it up and it was perfect. It was a little salty yet sweet with chocolate chips and blueberries. Today has been such an awesome day and I caught up on all my Yelp Reviews even though my MAC decided that it only had 7% battery and I didn't bring my charger. But I lowered my brightness and plugged on through and finishing up my last review today with 3% left! Thank you coffee and muffin for giving me creative energy. Thank you MAC for staying strong. Came here on a rainy gloomy fall day. Located in the toco hill shopping area this shop is one trendy additions to his strip. With limited indoor seating, tons of outdoor seating and large open window it is a perfect spot for a summer beverage but not so much for winter. The store was under staffed with one barista who was also managing the register as a result there was a wait to order even though it wasn't too busy. We ordered the cappuccino which not bad but not good either. I thought the Starbucks cappuccino is much better if a comparison is needed. We got the avocado toast which my husband liked but my toast was burnt and the bread had turned hard... also I got a dollop of salt in one bite but the rest lacked salt. Stopped by en route to an event and hoping to make it to my fave spot but didn't have the extra time to spare. This was right on the way and had good reviews so we gave it a try. I got an iced latte with oat milk (no almond milk so boo for that. Oat milk spikes the crap outta blood sugar and if not organic likely full of glyphosate). This place is clearly a local spot for meetings and remote working as it was buzzing when we stopped in about 11 AM on a Friday. The barista was super chill and nice. She asked if the chocolate chip cookie I ordered was to be gluten-free or not (it wasn't immediately clear that there were non-GF options so glad she asked). I opted for GF and got a GF cinnamon apple donut as well. Coffee came quickly in spite of the crowd. It immediately looked a bit paler than I'd expect so I was worried it was would taste weak and/or watery. However it was initially unexpected. There was a nice depth to it I didn't expect. The more I drank it the better it got. It's not my absolute favorite coffee shop based on this but an very solid choice in the area if you're really just looking for some good coffee. The pastries on the other hand tasted dried out and not super yummy. Not sure if they were kind of old but for $4+ a pop I want to be wowed. And I certainly expect fresh for the price. Not saying it wasn't fresh; I can't say for certain. With gluten-free sometimes the texture suffers and things come out flaky and a bit dried than what is ideal. So in retrospect I probably should have taken the non-GF cookie after all. Either way, I'd still gladly grab a cup of coffee here if it's on my way. I've only tried their coffee and tea lattes so this review doesn't take food into account. The baristas are skilled and kind. The coffee & tea lattes are delicious. They have vanilla bourbon flavor that is really good and a more unique option. There isn't a ton of indior seating, so if a lot of people are camping out, it can be slim pickings. I've always found a place to sit, but I've never been during the weekend. The prices are a bit higher than I would expect so that keeps me from visiting regularly. I guess they don't really want you to hang around since they don't have WiFi and limit your seating to 1 hour with parties of 2+ expected to sit outside. They don't have a menu displayed (only one at the counter) or even showcase any speciality drinks ‍ We ended up going to Spiller on a rainy day and they only had one barista who was taking her time making the drinks. I guess efficiency is not important but at least my cappuccino was good. Ordered the avocado toast which came on a thick slice of toast with a lot of avocado. Good thing that they weren't stingy on the amount of avocado. I enjoyed my toast. Wife's toast was a little too toasty and the avocado was under seasoned. Quality control anyone? Well, I didn't get a coffee so I can't speak on that but I did order the avocado toast with an egg and wasn't impressed especially for the price! $13.50 was a little ridiculous. They put some kind of chili oil on the toast but he was too much and didn't add any flavor at all. The avocado was more like guacamole and it was brown. Came in last Saturday for breakfast. We came in a little before 9. There were a few people, but not crowded. We ordered at the counter and waited for our food. It did take a minute to come out. We sat outside. They don't have a ton of indoor seating. But the supplemental outdoor seating is nice if it's a good day out. We got the little moo jam toast, cinnamon sugar toast, hot cereal, blueberry muffin, a vanilla latte with oat milk and a black drip coffee. It was all great! The toasts here are thick and delicious! I loved the little moo with jam toast. It was topped with a strawberry jam. The cinnamon sugar toast was good too, but a bit too cinnamon-y for me. The hot cereal was super yummy and filling! One thing to note is the menu is at the door, they don't have a hanging menu or reader board, so take a shot in the dark at the counter, or study the menu upon entry! While a few in my party got regular coffees and enjoyed, I opted for a mocha iced coffee. Nothing special, but quite tasty! It was a little on the pricey side, pushing $6.00 - so, by coffee standards for the size, it stung a little bit. However, I will gladly pay the premium to keep a great local spot going and growing in and around Atlanta! While I only had the coffee, food wise, their menu and the plates we saw on the tables around the place looked great! Toasts were their biggest seller with of course, avocado toast being on every other table. They have a bout 10 options of toast varieties from fruity to nut butter to egg topped. I was disappointed in their selection of non-caffeinated options, and before you judge me for being the a** clown who looks for a non-coffee drink at a coffee shop, I want to point out that other establishments I've been to offer a variety of coffee alternatives or decaf. I ended up with a chamomile tea and a toasted blueberry muffin which was so freaking delicious that I would return just for that.
