This place is so cool! I came across this shop when randomly looking for a local coffee shop that also had food options. It was conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Once you go inside, you get this nice homey feel. There's not alot of seating, but there are indoor and outdoor options. They also have books for your entertainment. I ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches and also a vanilla chai, both of which were amazing! The service was very quick as well and they had some great music in the background. I made a quick stop on the way to a clients house. I wanted some coffee and just a quick snack. Everyone here was so unbelievably friendly and kind. Was on the hunt for a coffee shop to relax and read my book, luckily I came across Drip. They had plenty of options for your coffee (or tea) drinking needs! I loved their assortment of different flavors because lavender is a personal favorite. Their breakfast croissant sandwich was tasty and well prepared! They had plenty of seating options whether you wanted inside or out. The music they played was very chill making it a great environment to work on your laptop or read a book. Located not too far away from Grant Park, this cozy coffee shop sits right in the downtown area of Glenwood Park. Love this little community! Pretty much, you'll be searching for street parking if you don't live here, but it wasn't hard to find a spot. This shop has tons of outdoor seating and very comfy seating indoors. Love the decor and ambiance of the place; as if they combined a spa with a coffee shop. Also unique is the fact they have books galore to read ... just grab one off the wall. And interesting ones, to boot. Plus candles and hand soaps to boot. I think I saw some board games too. I ordered a special coffee, might have been a blonde latte. It was very good! Not too sweet, and easy to drink. I also had a turkey sausage/egg/cheese bagel (everything). That was just ok ... it at least was made fresh there but the egg tasted either like boxed egg mix or some form of frozen egg that was heated up. Guess shell eggs are harder to come by these days. If you can't find any street parking, there's a nearby Kroger (0.1 miles away) ~ you can park there and walk over. The walk is cute & worth it. II. SERVICE Accomodating and informative. The menu is detailed (which I really enjoy) and displays sugar free options. They even clarify if the alternative milks have sugar. III. QUALITY Superb ~ I ordered an Iced Americano. I haven't tried their pastries here, but the quantity is small and not overwhelming. This is my neighborhood coffee shop and I stop by every so often and usually have a great experience. I walked by and last min decided to grab a few breakfast sandwiches to-go. I walked up to the counter and politely said, "Sorry, I've got a few sandwiches to order to-go" as I was ordering 4. The front counter person proceeded to take my order and after my second sandwich gave me side-eye started giving me attitude as if I was inconveniencing him. He then said, " you know you can call these in" it wasn't in a helpful tone but very rude. He rolled his eyes multiple times taking the rest of my order. He then turned around, never said thank you or anything else and never gave me the order buzzard that tells you when your food is ready. What a cute coffee shop!! I popped into Drip on a random weekday before heading into some meetings and what a great choice. Drip is located in such a cute neighborhood, filled with little shops, bakeries, salons and so much more. I can't parallel park to save my life, so thank the Lord, there were dozens of public parking spots just around the corner from the front door and I got a fabulous spot, and the walk was less than 2 min away. We love it. Upon entry, I was immediately drawn to their large display of retail items located right at the front door. Stocked with soft hand towels adorned with cute and punny sayings, Stacey Abrams action figures, hot sauce, handcrafted seasoning blends and so much more, I'm so surprised that I somehow held back from buying everything in sight. Such cute items and I'm sure that they were picked for a reason! (I mean, I need that Stacey Abram action figure) Once I finally woke up from my credit card-swiping daydream at the merch section, I was ready to order. Well, not really. I totally missed the menu that was clearly displayed and was so caught off guard by the flow in the best way. I really loved how simply they laid out the menu and that they also added in an easy way to know how to order - (here/to go, iced/hot, etc. etc.) I quickly caught on and got my act together, deciding to order a hot oat milk latte with pistachio. I also decided to grab a croissant breakfast sandwich complete with ham, gouda, egg and pesto - YUM. I was handed over a pager that had a sticker of our 2nd Lord and Savior, Dolly Parton, and I knew I was amongst my people. I never wanted to give that pager back lol. My drink was done before I could get settled in a seat and my food came out within 10 min, letting me know that they prepped it with love. Both were so delicious! Since I went on a weekday and we all wfh these days, I wasn't surprised that it wasn't empty. Service was fantastic and I didn't feel crowded at all, but if you're looking for a place to work and rely on a table for your devices like I do, get there early or be prepared to stalk someone for a table lol. There were numerous comfy chairs but I can't work like that, so I was super lucky to find my little table when I arrived. There was a mother and daughter sitting near me who I overheard contemplating ordering food but had no table, so I hustled myself out of there a bit sooner and gave them my table to continue to enjoy their meal. It was way too cold to enjoy the cute table and chairs located outside of Drip, so my only wish is for another little table or two. Drip is a good coffee shop in such a cute neighborhood! I come here to get my latte fix. They have alternative milk options and a lot of flavors. My go-to was a vanilla honey oat milk latte, but sometimes I like to mix it up and just ask baristas to pick my flavors. I mean they know the typical customer faves right? It's worked out well every time! I think I've been given blackberry & vanilla... pistachio.... but My new go-to for a hot latte is toffee nut and vanilla. Delish! In addition to the usual coffee shop offerings like tea, baked goods, sandwiches, Drip also sells things like candles, mugs, cocktail mixers, etc. There is wifi available, seating inside, and a few tables just outside the door along the sidewalk. There's minimal street parking available in the Glenwood park community. If you're nearby it would be better to just walk. read more

This location of Drip is one of two in the city, with the sister shop being in Hapeville. This spot is in the heart of Glenwood Park, sitting on the corner of Garrett and Bartram. The place is decent size featuring a dining room with a few tables and a fairly large counter/kitchen space where all the magic happens. Given the current state of things with Covid, neither location has the dining rooms open, but this location does feature a small outdoor patio with a few tables. So, on a pretty GA day you can sip your coffee and eat your treat outdoors! In addition to the coffee drinks, they also serve a variety of food from breakfast and lunch sandwiches, soups, dips and quiches. I did not have any food during my visit, but I will say that the muffins and cookies on the counter did look pretty tasty! Beverage wise they have all the standards of a coffee shop including several varieties of hot and cold brews, teas and even smoothies. Of course, they also have a cooler filled with bottled/canned drinks too. Personally I swung in for an Iced Mocha Latte and they did not disappoint! It was the perfect mix of coffee, milk and chocolate to ensure my afternoon was perfect! Pricing is surprisingly good for a local coffee shop with coffee starting at just a little of $2 and topping out at $5.40 for a large specialty latte/espresso. Overall, Drip was a solid spot and I am glad I happened upon it while visiting the area. In addition to the great coffee and stellar prices, I really appreciate their commitment to safety through their mask requirements and capacity limitations. This place is so good! So good we had to go back. We went both mornings we were in Atlanta. Food, coffee, atmosphere and service were all excellent. The staff were so friendly and patient with all of our questions - especially Aiden. I would highly recommend the breakfast sandwiches. The croissant and flat bread sandwiches were the best. There is plenty of outside seating with shade. It was cool and comfortable in the shade even though the temperature outside was in the 90s. Whoever chose the location for Drip is a very smart person. It's located in that cluster of restaurants in the Bill Kennedy/Glenwood district; it's kind of a perfect spot for folks who've made their stops at Intown Pediatrics, Kroger, or just walking over from the neighborhood. I feel like there's usually a line at peak times. This means it's probably good. Lots of people apparently get their fix at Drip these days. I went over with my kids after some flu shots, to reward them for their bravery. We grabbed a cherry danish to share and some milk boxes; Decaf tea for me. We sat outside in the sun and had a pleasant snack. The dining room is snug, maybe not the best for laptop time if there's a crowd, but the outdoor seating is really great considering the location. One of the many coffee shops in the area. I've never gone inside the shop but it was quite spacious and tons of people were there working/studying. They have the typical coffee shop pastries but they also serve salad/soup/sandwiches. I love they have a self-serve water fountain and toaster. They sell some items, like lotion, soap, etc. During this visit, I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte and iced coffee. The iced coffee was good but was not a fan of the latte. I'm not sure if it was the syrup they used but it was too overwhelmingly sweet with not enough espresso.
