I think this concept is so great - long hours, fair price for what you get, not staffed so just go when you need it and often no other people if you have a reactive or nervous dog, two sprays - one is water mixed with soap and one is clean water rinse, then dry. You get 20 min of whatever combo of soap water, rinse and dry you need, for $15. I needed a dog wash on a Sunday night and nothing else was open, but I would absolutely come back and do this more often. read more

We have used this dog wash a couple times and it is easy and convenient. It is attached to the car wash; there are 4 little stalls with gates and self-serve machines. The cleanliness has been spotty, but not surprising given the self-serve nature (ie hair from previous pets). My Dog Mom brought me to Banjo's and it was PHENOMENAL! I normally enjoy bath time, but Banjo's definitely made it a lot easier! Especially because my Dog Mom doesn't have to clean the bath tub after my bath time. I've used this facility before and it is reasonable and convenient. However, I always have issues with the card reader and today I tried all three baths with three different cards and kept being denied. Of course, I didn't have enough cash or I would have gone that route. Also, today the tubs were particularly dirty. One was full of very long dog hair and someone couldn't be bothered to hang up the hose and dryer tubes. Frustrated that I made the trip! My dog was a trooper though as I moved him between tubs hoping one would accept a credit card. read more

Went Yesterday for the first time with my Maltese ! Loved it SUPER EASY! Definitely coming here more often I wanted to test it out with a small dog before I started coming here with the dogs I walk.. and I can definitely say it's a lot easier than I thought. And my dog smells amazing!! There's also a flea treatment works wonders! Loved the idea of having a doggy vending machine too! Banjo's is such a great alternative to bathing your dogs at home! I was tired of having a messy tub and cleaning up dog hair after bathing at home. Not to mention the backache I have after leaning over the tub. Both our dogs have some fear about going to the groomers and professional grooming can start to add up fast! I decided to search for a self serve dog wash and stumbled upon Banjo's. Banjo's has great hours. Our dogs get nervous in small spaces with lots of other dogs, so we decided to go late one evening around 8pm. We got lucky and had the space to ourselves. The process was so smooth! You pick out an apron and have the option to use a step stool to help your pup into the tub. There is a short chain to clip to their collar to help keep them secure in the tub. After you pay, you make your first selection. I started with a rinse and then chose shampoo. The shampoo is inside the machine and automatically comes out of the sprayer after you select it. After that, there is an option for flea treatment which I skipped. I then selected conditioner which smelled wonderful! After conditioner, you do a final rinse. They offer low and high speed on the hand dryer. I wish the air came out just a little warmer, but it worked well and helped get a lot of the fluffy hair out of their coats. I completed the whole process in about 13 minutes. You are able to use the full 20 minutes if you need to and then you will have extra time to sanitize the tub. I saw on other reviews that no towels are provided. I'm glad we brought our own to finish up drying up their paws. We also brought our little scrub brush to help work the soap into their hair. Overall, I highly recommend Banjo's. There is extra seating available and the place was super clean. It's well worth the $10! read more

Great idea! For $10 my pug, Clementine, had a shampoo, flea repellent, condition and a blow dry. Of course, I had to do it myself with the support of my daughter, but she loved doing the job. Truly self-serve, don't expect staff to run out a towel to you after Fido has been lathered up and stripped of all their precious scents; there is no staff on the premises. Much like a self-serve car wash or vending machine, you enter a card payment (mobile payments accepted too) and select the stages of wash (pre-rinse, shampoo, rinse, condition, dry). You are expected to sanitize and rinse the tub after so factor that in to your wash time of 20 mins for $10. $5 for an extra ten minutes. My dog is a medium sized short-haired beauty, so it took 12 minutes to wash, condition and dry her. Aprons are available but no towels. VERY convenient and they are open until 10pm; great after a run to Prairie Wolf Dog Park! TIP: For the quickest dry, hold the nozzle close to the fur and whip it back and forth quickly. You'll notice the water fly off your pup and they'll dry in less time! read more

Perfect place for a quick pop in wash. We had a very muddy bulldog on our hands after the constant rain, and I didn't want to wash her at home. This place is great- open late, two areas where dogs can be separated with locking gates, and a generous waiting space. They provide stools for both pets and small helpers, and aprons. I would suggest bringing a towel for your extra wipe down, or a brush to get more hair out. 10.00 for 20 minutes including a two speed blow dryer, and you can sanitize the tub after for free. I love this place for a quick rinse off after the dog park, beach, or when you don't want that 'wet dog' smell all over your house.
