The only downside is that they are always busy. Every appointment that I have been to, I have waited for AT LEAST 30 minutes, even when I arrive early. Once, I was waiting for and hour and a half! Labor and delivery was awesome. I was very impressed with Dr. Heim. I got there already at a 9 and ready to push, and he sprung into action. This was my 3rd baby, and this was by far the best hospital experience I've had.

Ladies breast health is important and we can all agree very easy to put off, I did dread the repeat mammogram but then treated like do the procedure or dont come back. Dr. West has been my doctor for 30 years and he recently joined this group. They did not have me in…read morethe system when I scheduled the appointment. I got an email three days before my appointment telling me that the appointment has been canceled. When I called, they said disregard the email and still come in. Supposedly none of my records was there and I had to update everything. I waited an hour to be called back. I requested mammogram to be sent to a place that I've used for the last 10 years. They sent it someplace else so I'm trying to get that rescheduled but was not able to reach anyone yesterday and had to leave a voicemail. Even though they said that they did not have any information in the system. I just received an email to an old email address to get my results. When I called to get that updated, I wasn't able to reach anyone and had to leave another voicemail.
