The gaslighting by this company is absurd. Over 2 weeks ago, I had my exam, picked out frames,…read moreglasses, ordered and paid for them. I was told they would call in about 2 weeks to pick up my glasses once they were ready. Well today, after the 2 week deadline, I receive a phone call thinking my glasses are ready for pickup. No. They were calling to ask if I still wanted to order my glasses and frames. What?! I did all that and was under the impression they were ordered and I was just waiting for pickup. When I asked what happened because you told me you were ordering them 2 weeks ago during my visit and I paid your company. Then she explained her system had a glitch and nothing was ordered for anyone during that time frame. So you might want to lead with that and take responsibility for your fault. Not call and ask if I still want the glasses. That was assumed by the conversation we had 2 weeks ago. "We will go ahead and order these for you and call you in 2 weeks once they are ready for pickup". To try to put the blame on the customer who assumed based on that sentence that you would call me once ready, implies I ordered them from you and since I paid you that also implies that. You had a mess up with your workers or system and you should have lead with that instead of gas light the customer into thinking we did something wrong. I now see the only thing I did wrong was pick the incorrect vision center who clearly has unqualified workers. Also the prices are outrageous even with Tricare Prime insurance.
